Thanks for sharing the new Hot Rod garage work area and the bunker for the Hot Rod artifacts from the past. I had wondered that corporate had maybe slung the contents from old location into the auction house. Good to see that cost cutting has not reached liquidation levels yet.

I think everyone will agree, but a while back he explained that to be the host, he would have to go to meetings, etc. and he did not have the necessary time, so he chose to let Alex handle that portion of the show.

I get that the Motortrend Tech Center shop got emptied out. Is this because it's being renovated to be a better, more usable shop space, with proper ventilation so you don't choke out the offices with fumes or is Motortrend repurposing that space for something else? I get the sense from the temporary looking quarters in the Motortrend storage warehouse that Freiburger fought to get for nearly a decade, that it seems like you'll be going back to the Motortrend HQ eventually. As someone in the entertainment industry, I'd think that if you were permanently losing space at the Motortrend HQ, that they would have gone out of their way to find and build out more permanent new quarters for HRG and the other shows, like in one of the other units at the complex Lucky's other shop spaces are all at.

The signage has been gone for a while on the old HQ. Seems pretty unlikely they will return there.

How about some good old SBC or BBC low buck carbed builds,it seems like there is a lot of turbo builds that get a lot coin thrown at them and still never run right.
