Thank you. Pranam guruji 🙏🙏 It was a very nice stretch on hips but I couldn't do as I have sevear stiffness and pdin is there in hip joints. But slowly slowly I will do practice. 🙏🙏

Nah, it is really a problem, and somehow other people who post classes manage to do it.
This is real Yoga, thank you 🙏🏻 i followed and started with Yoga from DoYouYoga, but its very different, i love more your approach 🫶
