    Best Yoga teacher, period. Than you so much 😊. I sit working for long time and my lower back is killing me. This exercise is just not easy. But I feel so relieved of my lower back when I finish it.

    Thank you. Pranam guruji 🙏🙏 It was a very nice stretch on hips but I couldn't do as I have sevear stiffness and pdin is there in hip joints. But slowly slowly I will do practice. 🙏🙏
