Yo daq I need your help I need 6 more inches to dunk I consistently jump 33 inches show I can touch rim consistently but the highest I have ever jumped is 36 inches I haven't been able to jump that after that one time and I do basketball practice Monday Wednesday and friday and my knees are sore the day after and I mostly do plyometrics and abit of weights not to much because I don't have money to go to the gym the weight I workout with is a 6kg big water bottle any ideas to increase my vert please

Follow thp and go through a isometric phase, probably not good to go to practice 3x a week while on it though

yeah, seems like the THP guys are kind of against doing general plyos (unless doing load management for knee pain) and prefer spamming max effort jump/dunk sessions instead.

@@Jrdnzra Well max effort jumps are plyos. I’m on THP and we just see it as more specific than doing pogos or box jumps split jumps etc. Isaiah does love depth jumps though

Would not be able to even if he had a 52 inch vertical. The guy who touched 13'3 is 6'10 with crazy long arms and built for jumping super high. This guy doesn't look anywhere close to that height and length
