Just took my test today if I passed i get an interview this will be my 3rd time trying to get into steam fitting with the same local i really hope they pick me this year

You know what else is funny, they also helped create the laws preventing major companies from taking advantage of average blue collar workers. Etc: 40 hour work week, sick days an holidays.... You really look into the history behind them. They have helped create a system of labor to what the country you probably live in was created. But not having traveled to witness or experienced some of the other systems different countries use you maybe an would remain ignorant to that info.
