Tips on the "crust": 1. If you're going to freeze it, put a piece of saran wrap or parchment between it and the plate 2. Par bake like you would a pie crust. You can use a piece of aluminum foil and place beans in it to brown it more evenly

Hey Lisa! It’s me again! The Ramen Crab Rangoon pizza looked really good! One of the main things I have been meaning to try was your Crab Rangoon Pizza you made a while back. I have seen other people make KZread videos making the pizza and really enjoying it! (Gotta say it’s looks so good!) Keep up the amazing work!

hey lisa! a suggestion for your ramen challenge, try making noodle martabak. you boil the noodles, and strain them but do not put the seasoning yet. add them to a bowl, and crack 2/3 eggs and the seasoning mixtures. you can add other toppings if you like. and when everything is mixed thoroughly, flatten it and fry it like a sunny-side up fried egg. add toppings and enjoy!

It is much better to shallow fry the crust in a skillet with oil so that it becomes crunchy and crisp from underneath. Loving your creativity❤️❤️

Hey Lisa if you're ever going to make some new sauce to try with ramen please try making it with Pakistani mixed vegetable pickles aka Achar Like just mix some ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar , chat masala and Achar , and pair the ramen with some meat , it's just so good especially if you can get the Achar by Shezan Just don't use the seasoning packet otherwise it would get too salty

Dude. You definitely need to make a ramen exclusive cookbook!! Your recipes are 1. EPIC. 2. They always look so damn GOOOD!
I would suggest lightly or fully frying the "crust" after freezing it into your desired shape for the crispy/crunchy texture especially if you just put it into the oven to heat up the topping. Or maybe just pre-bake the crust so you know it's the right texture and the egg is cooked through to act as proper cement.

Note for next time: Parchment paper is your best friend. For both baking and freezing.
Instead of baking it, put it in a pan on low heat and cover it so the cheese melt. Works amazing

If you make this again, def turn up the temperature. My dad makes pizza homemade and even though he doesn’t make it with ramen he cooks it at 550° Fahrenheit.

Hello Lisa, Seeing your sauce package, i have a question "Do You Put your ramen in the Fridge or cold room?" If Yes, That will be a bad idea because the oil is coagulated. but is nice to let the natural heat melt the oil but maybe is best to put it in the warm room temperature area thank you
With ramen pizza just bake it in a pan on the stove instead of an oven Than the crust will become crispy oh and instead of an egg just add a spoon on cornflour slurry while cooking the ramen it will give much better structure and a crispier crust😋😋 and just finish it the oven to brown the cheese a little *optional* and your all set.

Hi Lisa. This reminds me of a dish innovated in Malaysia. Murtabak Maggi. To describe it simply, it's an instant noodle quiche. There are a few recipes on KZread. Would love to see you try making that.
Hey!! Have you tried raw ramen?? I do this with Maggie (cause I'm from India)...in a bowl Crush the noodles with hands till they are small enough to eat in one bite. Add the Masala packet and mix it all well, and enjoy... 1. Drink a glass of warm water afterwards 2. Keep mixing the masala while eating or else you'll end up with a heap of masala 3. If you think you think you cant finish it all .. add water and microwave it, you'll have normal instant ramen (with short strands though) ....

Hahahaa! Lisa, you should try it the way Indonesians usually cooked it! We do these often when we have leftover or cold indomie. Whisk 2 or 3 eggs (I recommend 2 for 1 whole packet of indomie), add some salt or any spices of your choice (Not too heavy though since you won't taste the noodle if you did so, but if your noodle really is cold and wont taste good anymore than hell yeah spice it up), we usually just do salt, if you want you can add vegetable of your choice in there and then pour the mixture into a hot and boiling oil in a pan. Don't forget to close the lid so the oil won't get to you. After it's brown on the bottom (Usually it's very fast, be careful!), flip it and wait for a few second, by your preference, if you like it crispy or soft, then throw it to a strainer to drain all the oil out, you can press it gently with tissue if you still think it's too oily. Serve it with a warm rice and ketchup then you're good to go!
