People just have to upset about something...even if it's nothing. Anyone who has followed Dax knows how much he cares. You know he was crushed at losing. Bad timing maybe, but this hub Bub about this is crap.

This is a common thing in Europe...to exchange jersey with a player you admire after games. I didn't know people were so sensitive in US. These players are playing professionally for years, and they are gonna play against Messi for handful of times and chances are they may never defeat his team....so they can never ask or post a photo with a someone who is the greatest player to ever play the game cuz people who sit at home screaming at their monitors are too sensitive ?

The majority of ppl including myself never knew who the hell is Dax McCarty until now, this dude holding the legend's jersey its a big self promotion for him........btw.,players all over the world do this all the time when they get Messi's jersey so this is nothing new.....ppl need to just backoff & chill.

He did it the proper way not in the field .I don’t think it was wrong .

That shirt will cost a lot of dollars if you want to sell it because it's the shirt he wore when he won the final and it's the shirt with which he won his 44th trophy, which makes him the soccer player with the most titles in the history of the sport.

I think this is not a big deal at all...and on a related note think Dax should have gotten a lot more opportunities with the USMNT, there was a period of time where he was one of the best defensive midfielders the US had

Dax earned the respect. One of my favorite players. He's always always always worked his ass off. And this cup will be a big deal but it's not MLS Cup. Not yet.

Anyone concerned about Dax getting Messi's shirt need to get a life.

I understand the fans caring enough to be fired up. To those that don't care: This is why American fans are considered not real supporters around the world. They don't feel the game in their soul.
