Amen. Trample the flesh and come before The Lord. Some of the most awesome healings and intimacy and revelations have come from pushing through against my flesh. Think about it, what is a greater sacrifice? When we feel like it or when we crucify our flesh and come before God? Amen.

I confessed prayer was a burden struggle to a friend last night and prayed a dry prayer. Woke up and a totally unrelated friend I havent spoken with in a month sent me this saying that my face came before her during her time with God today. Wow!!

I am in the lowest point of my life been sick for more than a week in excruciating pain chronic bone joint information that I wished the Lord takes me home I ask that he lets me dwell in His secret place where all these pain can't touch me. I heard Him say It has always been me I promised not to abandon you❤ I cried and cried because He comforted me in just a split second.He wiped my tears and brought joy and peace that passes my understanding❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤It's always been Jesus who is with me loving me unconditionally❤😅❤

How we need pastors and preachers like David Wilkerson in this hour!!

This message is much needed for me right now. Praise You Lord!

I'd like to share what Jesus has showed me in how to be with Him, how to think about Him and feel because it goes perfect with this message. One day as I began praying on my lunch break I began with saying all the normal things and He spoke over me and said "Don't be feign". The problem was I didn't know what the word Feign meant and had to look it up. The word meant pretentious, fake, insincere... Got it. Understood a lot from that. Another time in the evening when I began to pray He stopped me again and brought to my mind and spoke along the lines of asking me to and realize the love, the heart, I have for my kids and how they are with me and how they talk to me. What He showed me and brought for me to see is, for an example, how they ask me about dinner, such as what's for dinner or when will it be ready or even just saying "I'm hungry Dad...!" and that's all they have to say. That's all they say because they KNOW I love them and they KNOW I'm going to see they have something to eat and they have no doubts about it, that includes when things aren't perfect with them they still know I love them. Now the rest of this is great, after all those things came to mind He spoke to my heart, my spirit, that the heart I have toward my children is the same as His heart toward me, all of us actually, that the heart I have for them came from Him. (Wow! Got it!) Its a relationship, a real relationship we are to have with Him. Heart to heart. Things we feel aren't something outside of how He created us, meaning, He feels like we do because He made us to -know- Him, even His heart. Amazing isn't it? Amazing is the relationship He wants with us even knowing all our faults and imperfections and falling short. He wants to forgive us, He wants to supply every little thing we have need of, on and on, whatever you can think of along those lines is what He wants. Along with that was understanding how I can hurt Him if I don't know how much he loves me and wants to do for me everything I have any need of. As well ever going to anyone else besides Him. He showed me how it is when any of my children come in and say "So and so's dad does it this way..."or whatever along those lines. Sometimes that is fine and good but there's those rough days of puberty when they're going a little too far challenging me. If anyone has had kids then you know what I'm saying. The point to that is that God is jealous for us and over us and He doesn't share us with anyone to take care of or provide for. Nope, if He wants me to have a new truck then He'll see to it and we offend Him if we don't know how He is about us, that He loves us no matter what, that He wants to be the one doing for us- and He will. So we need to get how He doesn't need to be reminded of what He said, what He promised, or begged to. My kids don't need to say "Dad, you promised you'll always feed me and take care of my needs and that I can call you for anything at anytime." If they were that way then something is wrong, wrong with them or wrong with me. Sometimes all they have to do is look at me and say "Dad?" and not anything specific because they already know that I know what they're asking or needing. That's a real relationship and a real relationship is what God wants with all of us. God - Loves - Us! He knows what we need before we even ask and He's told us and shown us plenty that He does. He is our Father. The problem is us getting it through our heads and in our hearts. And if anyone thinks they're not worthy? Well, you're not, nobody is, that's what makes God worthy of all our love and affections! All of them, every second of every day! When my kids have done wrong all they have to do is look at me and say, sincerely, "I'm sorry." That's all, it's forgiven and forgotten. After 7 kids and them staying out too late or wrecking the car or anything else, it doesn't matter, all they have to do is know I love them and act on it and mean it when they apologize or whatever is appropriate at the time. That's how they can love me and that is knowing how I love them and talking to me accordingly.

Thank you so much for sharing this. Indeed it rightly puts the kind of relationship we can have with our Abba Father if only we draw near to Him. Father God is ever ready and ever waiting like the father in the prodigal son. How we have neglected Him and His feeling. I don’t think the prodigy son did say thank you when his father lavished affection and attention and food etc on him on his return. Let’s not either be like the brother/son that stayed at home who didn’t know how much he is loved too. We have a wonderful awesome loving Abba Father. “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! “ ‭‭1 John‬ ‭3:1‬ ‭NIV‬‬

I use it when comparing other religions to our faith simply because there is no other religion that offers sonship, and that for just believing and receiving and abiding in Him. I found God's love at the foot of the Cross, I learned to love Him when I carried His Cross. His Glory for my shame? Still and will forever be learning the depth and breadth and height of that.

@@marilynpeppers1356 I've learned how our relationship is real, how else can it be said I don't know. It's heart to heart, intimate, a walk rather than a visit. A life lived, a flowing river of Life, not a religion or an adherence to a belief that is 99% mental. It isn't doctrine or theology He knows me and He hates pretentiousness, in fact He doesn't give me, or anyone, His audience if we're being pretentious. I don't have to shout or shower with flatteries. I do need to be sincerely grateful and thankful and glorify Him as a matter of course, that is, I can simply tell of Him and give credit where credit is due, and do so gladly. Sometimes I might shout and sometimes I might sing, but it's only when it's from my heart, not put on, not on cue. Think of a wife singing the praises of her husband, or a son bragging about his dad, though that sounds sort of fleshy we can glorify God everyday in our normal conversations. But on that point I've learned also to not cast my pearls before swine or good things before dogs, such need reproof and truth, not given place to mock God's blessings or doubt His Name. Yes, God wants us to know Him, heart to heart, intimately, sincerely. He made us for this and Jesus made the way for all of us to know the Father just as He did, and I doubt I'll ever be able to explore the depth of that truth. Maybe those who did were just translated up? There's been a few times it has felt that way for me, that is, I'm about to exit here and go on up if I get any closer. It's frightening to the flesh because of His Holiness and as Jeremiah, I too am a man of unclean lips. God has a general Will for all and a specific will for us individually. Learning the individual will is life long, daily, He has moved me here and there and to focus on different things, because seasons change and His Kingdom, or Him, can't be put in a box or organized or anticipated. When He called me it wasn't to hear what I thought or sit in the board of directors. He called me to seek and to follow, not put in my pocket and pull out like a debit card on an as needed basis. I'm a husband all day and everyday, and in that way I'm also a Child of God, all day long wherever I go and in whatever I do.

I really needed to hear this message! Praise God for a man that truly hears from God!

I think you are not aware that in the last decades occultists, their descendants infiltrated the "body /church". They even attended bible institutes, and received a diploma. They established churches and taught error, they persecuted true christians and cursed them. They did the work of the devil with the power of God. The apostasy that manifests in the modern - much divided "church" testifies of this. The believers stopped seeking to hear the Lord's voice, they did not obey Jesus instructions in Mathew 16:24 so they became self-pleasing; they became "independent" from God following their own dreams, plans and agendas; asking God to bless them! So the lukewarm church became salt that lost its flavor. We attracted a judgment of God upon the world, and that's what we are facing. We must repent, and train ourselves in hearing His voice again for ourselves. Salvation is personal, and it is important that we have two-way communication with Him (like we see with Ananias in Acts 9:10-17. He is our Head! The ideas need to originate in Him. The orders come from Him. We are to do what He commands us, but if we don't dedicate time privately to be in His Presence - we won't know what to do.

When you read the Word of God, pray for obedience, understanding, love for His Word. You will never become dull or bored with prayer. Next, get world missions news and pray for all the needs of the kingdom throughout the world. Seek, ask,and knock at heavens door. Tell Him your troubles and ask for direction and strength. Spend time in praise. Listen to sings that praise Him and His holiness. Prayer is talking WITH the LORD.

I would like to share, first off, Im no David Wilkerson....by a LONG way, Im not trying to take away anything hes said. I have learned so much from his openness & honestly with his walk...I would just like to add, in times when I was overwhelmingly distraught, on my face wailing before the Lord, my tongue running a mile a minute, I was incapable of being silent before the Lord....God has spoken to me over my own voice ! In ALL my anguish and 100 MPH rambling, God spoke, and... hearing his voice... it immediately calmed me. I just wanted to share than in case there is someone thats struggling to sit still to hear His voice. Hannah was rambling also, she was not sitting quietly.

AMEN. We Delight in You JESUS. Speak to me LORD.

I love the Lord God above all else...❤ He is who I turn to, I can talk to Him. My worry or concern is does the Lord Jesus Christ...become less to me? I believe when I talk to the Father that His Son hears as well...Jesus said "I and the Father are one" I am Him and He is me. I pray to the Father thru the Holy Spirit, it's never this big elaborate thing, I can only just talk to Him. I have ABSOLUTE TOTAL TRUST IN THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. Regardless of what's going on be GRATEFUL we are in the hands of the God of the Bible.

Thank you God for giving to us to talk to You in prayer 🙏

Spend about 30 minutes to an hour reading the bible each day. Reading the psalms is a excellent place to start and then reading Matthew and Luke. Then read the entire new Testament psalms and Proverbs over and over again. Follow up with time alone in prayer with God everyday.

Praise God fir He answered my prayers. I asked Lord what do I do to be able to be strong outside the prayer closet. When I'm praying I feel strong but when I come out of the closet I feel I have no power to fight the things I have to face. Thank you for this message it has brought me understanding.❤❤❤

@@Matthew-cz3gk most of the people that eventually end up in Heaven will go through the tribulation bc THATS what it will take to CONVINCE them to BELIEVE, RECEIVE and OBEY the Lord/the Bible. so thats her lot, she chose it; i wd make more devout friends and dont make her a habit. remember the verse Bad company corrupts good character; keep away from her.

It should say deliver us from the evil ONE ....thats the true translation. Satan tried to hide himself like he don't exist and only evil does But evil comes from Satan and sin

P. Wilkerson speaks straight truth!!! I’ve learned so much from his teaching. He truly teaches biblical principles pertaining to life. I’m guilty of not praying correctly. I repent. This was REALITY CHECK

I know Dave W loved God. A man of integrity. Dont forget Jesus said you have not because you ask not. So asking for your needs are important. There are Christians of many maturity levels. I will still ask for healing of my body and “a better apartment” but I will also think of God’s feelings and His desire and even His need of fellowship with me. Say the word aloud “ intimacy.” “ In-to-me-you-see.” He often “searches” our hearts. “Searches” -think about that. Perhaps prayer makes it a lot easier to Him to do that. Delight- preferring Him above all else.

Start your prayers in this order 1- Thankfulness 2- Praise-3- Worship ( where you pour your heart out knowing God hears and answer on its way)

It is our duty duty is not a bad WORD. We are to pray for saints all men and with out ceasing. There are many reasons to pray. Being bored is a different issue IT IS OUR DUTY AND OBLIGATION TO DO WHAT THE LORD TELLS US TO DO WHETHER we feel like it or not. Same thing with or family. WE DONT JUST DO THINGS BECAUSE WE FEEL LIKE IT.

I know it was an example & not the main lesson, but the whole intimacy in marriage is a difficult duty thing is a real issue for me, if you guy could pray for me that way. I love my husband to pieces, and try to be there for him, but end up praying that it could be over already. I have had much trauma thru my life from the age of 4. Lord, help me with the intimacy issues😔

ALL things are common to man FOR There is nothing new under the sun EXCEPT the Son Intimacy isn’t sexual first- it is emotional Just as the born again believers First Love is Christ- True Love THEN when we know Him as we have been known by Him there is the consummation Fallen man has it backwards for all things was perverted by disobedience which is the sin You require emotional intimacy first with your husband - start working with this God is quite aware of things that you have yet to discover- discuss this with Him and ask Him to guide you thru all of this and your partner as well- women need to know their self worth ♥️
