That would be great, but I think the majority aren't able to get paid for something they love. In that case, they need to make peace with their job and save the passions for outside of work (hobbies, family, etc.)

God I love this man.

I have always been a Howard fan but have not listened due to Sirius cost. This past month of free service has been great to reconnect with the Stern universe but I feel there is plenty of great content that is had free. It is time to bring Sirius to the market for free in some shape or form.

Howard asking if Dave ever felt his Dad felt like having kids was holding him back actually is pretty reflective of Howard's own lifelong tension and neurosis with his own father

Stern is a master interviewer. He knows when to hang back when the guest is rolling and has an unbelievable ability to get one rolling that might not want to.

Is it possible for someone to dig up a clip of Dave and his father on the Indianapolis show?

I use to go to AA meetings with my parents when I was a kid. They couldn't afford a baby sitter so, I sat with them in the basement of a local church on Friday and Sunday evenings listening to different men give their lead.

Oh how I miss those Letterman nights😟
