Just woke up and this is what I needed to hear.

David, thank you so much. you have given me so much strength. I was at the dentist today and I am so afraid of it. So afraid that I let my teeth rot for over 10 years before going back to the dentist. Had to have multiple root canals and crowns, you name it. Well now I am paying for it because it seems like I always have to go back to fix a broken crown fix this fix that. Needles make me pass out. And today I’m in there getting ready for novocaine feeling like I’m gonna faint. And I keep hearing your tough as nails voice and mentality, and I’m saying “I’m not gonna pass out, there’s no way this is gonna happen “! And it didn’t! Thanks so much for your tremendous courage, strength, and heart!!!

rest days are needed for muscle recovery but i’d say do some cardio go run a mile or 2 to stay active just bc u have a rest day for ur muscles to heal don’t mean u still can’t be active . 👍

Guy is in gym at 1 in morning and still wakes up at 4 or 5 😂

To get to where you want to go, seek out the most successful people doing it. Seek out the most experienced and successful and most knowledgeable teachers/coaches in this area. Then apply the discipline to put the work in. You train with an x-UFC champion, or the coach of a UFC champion. You don't train with an ultra-endurance athlete / motivational speaker for a UFC fight. :( :( :(
