The Philippines is one of the most musical country in the world. I remember many Philippines' singers won awards in the 80's (maybe they still do now, I just lost track). Many of my favorite singers are from the Philippines: Jose Marie Chan, Regine Velasquez, and of course, Lea Salonga.

Some people are pretty Some talented some well natured some has a good voice some can sing some are good performers some has an aura, magic . She got it all. A bless.

the two judges had a point when she was in pgt, she wont make it in the Phil, nobody likes opera there, they actually opened more chances for her, if they let her pass she still wont get any recording contract, not a lot will listen to her songs and she wont try it again on AGT

How come this lady didn't get to the semifinals of PGT?! Napaka excellent na singer! Bravo! This is one of the talents na dapat tini-treasure ng Philippines. Hindi katulad nila Maja, Kathryn, Anne (to tell you na I idolize them ha, NOT A HATER) na todo push ng album. There are few artists out there na ang gaganda ng boses, but still, na hindi pinapahalagahan ng music industry of PI. Sana umunlad talaga ang career ni Gerphil, she really deserves it, lalo na after the rejection of PGT.

pinky manlincon pero nung time nung sumali sya nung PGT sino kalevel nya sa vocal range? Wala. Nanalo lang si Jovit sa social standing bias. Pasensya na sa magagalit. Pero totoo naman.

***** Plus.. I think she could topple Katy Perry's voice.. I didn't meant to sound rude.. she has a great voice, talent, and songs.. but you can't deny that she has difficulties in controlling her breathe and her vocal range.. Listen to some of her "Unconditionally" live performances.. the high-pitched chorus becomes a flat in her voice.. kasi di nya abot yung "real" or "dapat" na pitch para sa chorus.. I'm a fan of her tho.. I don't think that there's something wrong on evaluating singers.. we do it always afterall :)

i wouldn't be surprised at all... filipinos have the voice of Asia. greatest respect from Indonesia.

She has a really good voice and she's really pretty

I remember way back 2010 when she was a semi- finalist in Pilipinas Got Talent. She was cheated by the 2 judges. They said that her talent was inappropriate for her age but she sang so beautiful. That show was a complete shit with no class. I'm glad she tried again.

joachim chavez funny thing is, GOT TALENT yung show and they rejected Gerphil over someone na nag out of tune because she refused to change her genre na appropriate sa voice nya, and that move was obviously made because they thought di sila makakabenta ng classical/operatic voices here in the Philippines, kung saan puro pop lang and other musical genre are unexplored. They didn't consider her operatic talent (which is rare here in PH) but they only thought about the profit they would get from her. Good thing na mas nakilala sya dito sa Asia's Got Talent. I hope she won't get back with Abs again.

Not only that, the deepest parts of oceans can also be found within our territory: Philippines' deep (second deepest) and Mariana's Trench (sorry for the spelling) which was once part of the Philippines. This is the deepest part of earth.

I think this is still the best golden buzzer for Asia Got Talent. Even golden buzzer AGT 2019 can’t beat this.
