I like benavidez but I think canelos power is different. he's been in the ring with hard hitters like kovalev, bivol, golovkin and many more. he's never been down. I think at one point benavidez would get frustratet and canelo would pick his shots and stops him late

Utter nonsense. 2 years ago Canelo was preparing for undisputed vs Plant. Claiming a minor paper belt last year against GGG/Saunders' leftovers Lemieux didn't make him mandatory either like some of his fanboys claim. He didn't take a mandatory eliminator until earlier this year vs Canelo's leftovers Plant, but team Benavidez have been going around trying to mislead casuals. Imagine trying to blame Canelo because Benavidez gave up his belt not even bothering to make weight coming in 3 pounds over, but even when he had a belt Benavidez's manager was publicly rejecting a unification with Plant, never fought his backed up mandatories Yildirim and Callum Smith, then rejected another title shot at 175 after being stripped.

I’m Mexican! I love both David & Canelo! If they fight, I give the slight edge to Canelo. With that being said I hate David has waited 2 fucking years as the WBC mandatory to fight Canelo! I know for a fact Mauricio & Canelo have a great bond so Mauricio will always take Canelo’s side. Canelo brings the governing bodies a lot of money & that puts him in charge. Unfortunately. I believe they waited that long bc they wanted David to lose to someone else but he’s a beast 💪🏽

Andrade is very slept on fighter, very underrated in this generation he’s had a lot of potential of being a P4P fighter only thing in his way now is age. He really respects Canelo; without being said. It’s just really refreshing to see his humility while still building value on his own legacy.

Wonder if David is familiar with the "two foot punching method" which seems it would be a massive compliment to the style he already has as it teaches one to throw punches in a pendulum type stance from both feet planted to explode into the opponent as opposed to punching from the hips and transfering weight from one foot to the other which has the potential of throwing one off balance or over extending oneself, there is some guy named Fouts on KZread that teaches this method which he learned by studying Bruce Lee's body mechanics in how he delivered the famous "1 inch punch" and he realized most of Lee's power came from him planting both feet and almost like doing an explosive squat through his target!! It seems like a style that would make David an INSTANT 1 punch KO artist!!!
