    He was uncharacteristically emotional on his last performance on Letterman too. He was saying his goodbyes..❤

    That was in 2015, he was in remission then. In was late 2020, the cancer came back. Covid probably delayed treatment, tests, etc. i saw his podcast show during quarantine, he looked ill. When he said his elderly mother was coming to stay with him few months. I thought, either hes dying or she is.

    Bill Burr had a great quote about Norm when he passed. Burr said on his podcast, "Norm was so great that his material couldn't be stolen, because half of what made it kill was his exact delivery of it. Go ahead and try to say Norm jokes. You sound lame. Norm tells the same joke and something about the way he told them made them the funniest jokes you ever heard."

    This is so true. Most of his jokes just weren’t sound the same if he wasn’t telling them. He was one of a kind.

    It was the mischievous grin, and the many little jokes within the jokes, all the way up to the punchline. Kind of like he's pranking you, and you know it. He had it down to a science and the world seems a lot less funny without him.

    He had cancer and didn't tell anyone,Not even his Best friend the last days of his life he told his Best friend I'm going to Canada to take care of his mom. He didn't want sympathy all he wanted was to experience life to the fullest with people he loved True legend and icon they're won't ever been another norm

    If he can plan out a joke about this grand life of a French Canadian one day leaving Canada to eventually (after 7 minutes of details for the sake of details) to become judged by somebody for picking a lousy job taking care of dolphins just to turn it into a dead pan word play joke about purpose Then he most definitely had the type of mind to plan out his last days with his friends 100%.

    Chapelle loves to pretend he was Norms friend now that he’s dead. They were in a movie almost 3 decades ago and barely interacted beyond that.

    How the hell would you know? Are you in Dave's personal life? And what about norm? You mean to tell me you knew who these men interacted with outside of the internet? Beyond that do you believe two people can't be friends unless you see them interacting online with each other?

  • @haskellaronoff2747

    @haskellaronoff2747

    Firstly, all of Norm's comedian friends were on Norm Live at some point. Secondly, if you watched the awkward couch interaction between Letterman/Sandler/Chapelle/Spade he basically says this, while talking far more than Norm's actual friend David Spade. Thirdly, the fact you're getting so emotional over the prospect of Chapelle not being Norm's friend makes me think you may be a homosexual, not that there's anything wrong with that (all the power to ya sister!). Chapelle just loves the sound of his own voice, even more than most comedians.@@azzy9293

  • @Cory_LaRose
    @Cory_LaRose23 күн бұрын

    The day before my dad died I called him, and we had a characteristically emotional also. He was happy to hear from me and that's normal but when I told him about my baby sister going to prison for murder he spoke about how how he loved us and he was really proud of me. Then he said he loved me and the next day my wife told me not to answer the phone. I was curious she said tk wait for her. I found out later she was with the police and she went there as soon as the police called she fought for me to get his stuff and made sure the police knew he had alot of family. Then she showed after my grampa told me the news. I was broken. I had just lost my baby brother who had just turned 18, 2 weeks before he died of covid! I was still in shock. My dad died of a broken heart. He lost his baby boy and his baby girl was accused of a murder which she didn't do, but he died not knowing that. Then a year later my other sister died. Before anyone died in 2020 I was blessed with a son. Also my dad used to always talk about celebrating his life and not crying. I couldn't cry at his funeral. It was hard and I did cry a few times but it's my dad. I can beat up anyone who has a problem with me. I'm so angry and I want to fight a war! Everyone wholoved me and I could trust besides my mother and wife and son is dead. I still have 2 brothers also. And a sister who is always in jail. I want to avenge my dad. But no-one killed him. Who can I fight?!
