It's honestly crazy how quiet and relaxed Dave is when he's not in WWE

Dave is astonishingly very humble. I remember one time I met him at New York while he was shooting for some ad comercial. I was in the crowd and asked him for a selfie. He took my phone and then he pulled me out of the crowd. He then hugged me and gave me a Spinebuster followed by a batista bomb. He then did the same with my family. I love him literally ❤.

remember Sheamus is 41 and batista 50.... no excuse... i am 47 they are my inspiration to train every day......

I really liked Batista v Triple H at Mania 35. It was brutal and told the appropriate story. It also felt different to the other matches on the card and added a new element to the show overall.

He was never an athletic guy during his WWE days. But was a great storyteller and that's something that creates great matches.

its amazing how Batista has maintained his fitness after all these years.He may not be as big as he was in his wwe days but he is definitely jacked and look quite big in movies.Its also amazing at the age of 50 he is so fit and less prone to injury thanks to the style of workout he changed from bodybuilding to more of athletic physique workouts.

Dave’s career has gone well. I’m happy to see wrestlers that I grew up watching becoming actors and so on, I turned 30 and I am thankful for the prosperous career which they endure for our entertainment

Batista will always be my favourite WWE superstar of all time. He’s the reason I started watching WWE. Stuber was a hilarious movie as well.

It is always a pleasure to hear Dave talking, he's such a humble and deep person, so different from the character he played in WWE, I also saw him during the Bear Grylls celebrity edition and it was a marvelous experience to hear him opening up about his pasts, his problems, failures, his successes, his grit to succeed, all the while trying not to die while doing something different and new, that he chose to do to test himself. He's such a great guy

I think it helps to either have good skin or just be moist with sweat all the time! I have dry skin which makes mine look worse but once I’ve applied some moisturiser they look new again

Batista and Sheamus are both Hardcore Gentleman. There manly to the core ripped jacked muscular and strong as a man can be. Both humble people and hard workers. Also they respect fans and go the extra mile to put younger talent and make them look good even if Batista or Sheamus can destroy half the new talent. That's humility Batista and Sheamus have been on top and help other talent get to the top. Batista is a successful movie actor. Sheamus should be in more movies too. Like Batista said they can do whatever they want but choose WWE because their love the business and the fans. That's balls knowing they can do whatever they want but they train there asses of to please us in the ring or on the big screen. They have balls bigger than an elite person has. Two Hardcore Gentleman that are humble to the core and deep down can kick ass and chew bubble gum. And this is only the begining. I look forward to Future episodes with Sheamus and Batista even if Batista is done with WWE. Also Batista and Sheamus should be in a movie and do there own stunts and it should be a big movie of the year type of movie. Something that would be the best movie that year with guys like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Silvester Stallone Jeanne Claude Van Damme and Jet Li Jackie Chan John Cena The Rock etc

@Broishere And Undertaker is not old? And not tired? hahaha It was Taker's fault for not being able to jump up and 'take' moves. WWE is not just about lifting people and 'giving' the moves, but also taking and selling them. But Goldberg is more of a shoot wrestling type. Crazy strong, and I think he still got it. Just because 1 match was bad doesn't mean the dude needs to rest. He's still THE STRONGEST guy in the WWE even at this age. Taker on the other hand is pretty weak and past his 'time', and needs some rest. Hell, he needed rest years ago :D

I'm glad Batista Sheamus and many others work on speed not just power. We're in an age were they have to be fast to keep up with younger people and be able to stay successful. When your young power. But when your older transition to speed. And power never really goes away. Speed still keeps you strong if ya do right and add weights to the speed workouts. These guys are a perfect example.

I had no clue Batistas stand up was that crisp. He was measuring his strikes well. That switch kick was dope too.

This is the most realistic workout that I have ever seen an athlete do. I’m not saying that it’s easy but the pace and the incremental additions they added on along the way was perfect. This was a workout that anyone can build up to. This is what you call working out smarter not harder.

I enjoyed this video. Great to hear a personal perspective from DB about injuries, aging, training and career.
