Agree that no plan and go with the flow is the best adventure. Amazing seeing you interacting with those warm and friendly locals. That's the way to get to know their cultures, pick up a bit of their language and l'm learning a few words/phrases too. Wow, those traditional houses are coooool. Yeah, those costumes look quite similar to our Malaysian ones and there's even a "keris"/dagger displayed. That musical instrument played by that lady is similar to our "Gamelan". Epic video, fantastic and very entertaining. Well done, Ken. Again thanks for bringing us along. 👍👍👏

I would suggest that you print your YT channel on like calling cards and hand them out when ever you meet a group of people . I see other vloggers , foreigners and locals alike do that and I don’t see anything wrong with that. Let’s be truthful, vloggers would like to expand their subscriptions and knowing Filipinos , they would love to subscribe to you. Btw Marang (fruit that looks like jackfruit) is different from both the jackfruit and the durian . You can tell the difference in their size and spikes .

Ken, I've been enjoying your videos of the Philippines! I've seen videos in Cebu and Iloilo and they both have big festivals in January. Sinulog in Cebu, Dinagyang in Iloilo, Ati-Atihan in Aklan (oh, and wear white on these festivals, street dancers will be smearing paint on you, it's fun!). Both have amazing street dances. Also, if you have not planned in going to Negros Occidental, Cadiz City also has Dinagsa festival. Negros is another lowkey province with a lot of beauty as well.

Hi Ken! Please visit us in Iloilo City! It's a mix of vintage and modern infrastructure. We have a massive walkway named the Esplanade which gives you a chance to walk around the city and you could also go around using a bicycle since we have a bike lane...

The island in the background is called Zamal island, you should check it out, Also try durian from davao, some people say its tastier, and the other fruit that looks like jackfruit is called Marang, try it, its sweet

Davao is best known for the fruits. Try the pomelo and mangosteen if you don’t like durian. Also try the grilled tuna collars. Enjoy.

Hi Ken try visiting our place Cagayan de Oro, in northern Mindanao. U may take bus or plane from Davao. You must explore White Water Rafting, tour the peak of the city at Amaya Peak, visit the Seven Seas water park, and tour Dahilayan Adventure Park. Side trip to Bukidnon, Iligan waterfalls , Camiguin Island, and Siargao Surfing Beaches.
