What’s crazy about this dream team is that I might actually watch every POV. I already watched Daut’s. This was a game of the series for him. He died a lot in the other games. Daut is funny. The other 3 are in a top 3 all time too. Top 3 streamers for sure. Makes for a good video. The only thing that could make this better is constant banter. Respect to the team and opponents as well. Can you make a video about trading for a long game? I know we are supposed to make 100 vills and 100 pop army, but what happens if you know the game is going to be a long one like an hour or so and the gold will run out. Then what? Should you start making trade carts before you reach 100 vills? How many carts should we get, etc. I know I should send my vills forward to build so I can get population space for the trade carts, but this whole transition is so complicated.

Trade is a lot slower than mining gold and has huge upfront cost. Only go to trade if game is still looking even while gold is starting to visibly dwindle. Ideally you should aim toward finishing the game before gold runs out, not needing the trade at all. As for the 100 vills + 100 military, that's not true. Most civs prefer having more vills than military but it depends heavily, ranging from like 80/120 to 150/50. It also shifts for various civs depending on stage of the game. Don't get caught up on following strict numbers.

Hera, I understand the logic behind not activating auto-refarm, but you spend a lot of time constantly refarming. Isn't there a math solution to wood vills/farm, so you can just keep that auto-refarming activated and still be okay to have wood for your other projects? Isn't it too much wasted time to refarm manually?
