Troll comment, Andy Carroll only scored 6 goals in 44 games for Liverpool. Nunez is 61 games scored 20 goals. Carroll would scored 1 goal every 7+ games and Nunez in over 3+ games. Carroll could have been used effectively he was extremely good in the air but he didn't suit Liverpool playing style. The club was going through transition especially with the loss of players like Torres. Suarez a totally different forward adapted in ways Liverpool fans could never have imagined. Nunez continues to put himself in great position unfortunately his weakness without a doubt more so than finishing is his lack of composure and decision making it's clear throughout this video, could he have dinked it over the keeper? Could he have placed it into the corner rather than blasting every shot next to the keeper? All forwards at the top level can shoot but it comes down to their mentality. I've been frustrated watching Nunez with the countless number of times I've seen him offside. It's easy to slag players off without even looking at the other things he does bring, he needs to work on these areas but for Liverpool to win the league they may need another forward of keep Jota up top. Mo Salah, Diaz have been poor towards the back end of the season. Cole Palmer who plays for Chelsea and has been injured on and off, mid table size has more goals and assist than Mo Salah. How does a player, in a mid table team exceed our star man? Solanke has more goals than Salah. Easy to point the finger. Wouldn't you agree.

But honestly, if Carroll had these many chances clean, he'd have burried'em.. there's a difference in quality of chances both received. Nunez would've easily got BalonD'or even if he finished half of the chances.

Look, I've been critical of him but i also have moved on to feeling a bit sorry for him now. Plays naturally in the same position as Gakpo and Diaz but was bought as a striker, which he isn't and never will be. It turns out that Klopp and Linders were the ones who forced the purchase against the clubs wishes, probably believing wrongly that they could coach him into a striker. When he first came, people, myself included, loved Nunez' unpredictable way of playing, a true impact player. He now looks devoid of confidence and i think the grinning after a bad miss is one of fear. It's alright for Klopp to be on TV, bollocking Nunez at the end of the Everton game but Klopp doesn't take responsibility for not being able to get the best out of the lad.

They say he should learn from Haaland. And Haaland say the most importante thing as a striker, is to come to chances. And Nunez does this more than most strikers i PL. The goals will come, but his confidence is low. And it keeps getting lower because of all the hate and mockery he recives from everyone. And this has caused him to hate playing for liverpool, makeing him deleteing every picture on IG. Liverpool fans will miss him when he blossom in his next club

you cant be serious... in 2 seasons, Nunez scored 33 goals and 17 assists... Carrol scored 11 goals ans 6 in 3 seasons. Heskey in his first 2 seasons scored 24 goals 8 assists. Please learn football.

Nunez (and Diaz) is why Liverpool failed to win the PL title. When you lose Mane and Firmino and replace them with these two, you’re getting inferior output (fewer goals, inferior pressing and assists). As a consequence, they’ve failed to get anywhere the incredible heights of 2018-2020.

As a centre forward he has zero aerial ability. If he had the presence of CL, as in the recent Derby, it would also improve his game. But he challenges for no headed balls, just leaves it to the CD.

The problem is the coach and the way they play are not for a #9 like Nuñez adding Salah Selfishness and the Colombian running like chicken with no head. Their play is predictive and repetitive, lacking crativity. Nuñez must leave that poor Liverpool team and head up to the italian league or the spanish league. English league is a good broadcasting infrastructure with lots of money and overrated egos that will chew up good player for their sensationalist garbage media.

@@iFootballhub i know but Diaz finishing and passing was bad too. Jota Always injured. Gapko didn't performed well most of the season. Salah After injury and Ramadan his fitness Is ruined. Same szobozlai and trent After injury they aren't fully fit. No rest for macca, virgil, endo in this months. All the team are tired

that just tells me that u have never watched a Liverpool game before. The impact he has on games is very good. He constantly tries to do his best in both offense and defence. He creates his own chances (unlike haaland) but misses them. He is easily a better overall player than haaland. You are obviously a hater.

Nunez is rubbish but you have to blame Jürgen klopp for failing to see that Nunez is no good. Klopp's ego has cost Liverpool the title because he wouldn't accept that he wasted £85m on Nunez, a good manager puts the good of the team above his own ego and does what's best for the team and in klopp's case it was dropping Nunez because every time Nunez is in the team Liverpool are playing with ten men.

Most of them are the sticks or a great save
