Hi Abbie! Just love your childlike enthusiasm coupled with your reflective personality. I like how you enjoy contemplation in quiet solitude and yet get giddy when seeing something so simple and natural. The rain always add different dynamics along the trails which I think is just as equally enjoyable when its dry and sunny. Yes I enjoyed your little saunter along the Lydford Gorge. You are the best. Thank you.

My dad was a police officer stationed in Lydford back in early 1960s. I was about 8 years old, never had a chance to visit the Gorge. Just peeped over a road bridge into its depths. So thank you for this video. It was a very quiet village to live in back then.

I was so happy when I saw you would be showing us Lydford Gorge. You see back in 2015 I had the opportunity to spend 3 days on Dartmoor. With so much to see in such little time, I chose to do some amazing walks to various tors. I remember driving past the sign for the gorge and hoped I was not making a mistake by driving straight past. I was definitely extremely happy with the walks I did to the tors but always wondered what I had missed. Thanks Abbie. The gorge looks wonderful.
