EY Entrepreneur of the year 2016, try to find out from consumer about their needs and wants, try to find something new in that category, both product and advertising are equally important, advertising creates new customer, FMCG companies, it is numbers game, there has to be hunger inside a businessman, it takes time and difficult to make a consumer to switch brands, hand-wash, sanitizer, hygiene products, innovations in hygiene, brand extension on categories which matter, Indian consumer is changing, innovation takes time, packaging material, don't want to import packaging material from outside India, facial mist, pharma and cosmetics area different, dream is to come with pharma product, OTC pharma, Indian market is very mature, converters, personal care products, packaging will be the first thing which will tell us about the state of market, humans are not used to be locked inside for a long time, professionals are required to grow a company.
