I think at this point we are all targeted individuals. I believe that there are a limited variety of reality paradigms or narrative programming that each person is assigned. That's why you might see T.I.'s that share similar experiences that sounds absolutely crazy to normal people. But the reality is that the normal people are just assigned a different programming than the supposedly targeted individuals. There's fabrication or manufactured realities found in both they're just different in the content detail. One might argue that what the "targeted individual" experiences is just delusional, while failing to acknowledge the fabricated aspects of Their own reality. With all that's going on in America and Western Society it doesn't make a lot of sense that most people are just complacent with the bastardization of these supposed principles and Democratic Dynamics that quite apparently don't exist. Even things like dreams and "paranormal or psychic" experiences. There are many TV shows, movies, and books about ghosts, paranormal, aliens, demons, angels and it's all propoganda to condition the populace from a young age. In the past if someone saw a phone they would think it's magic or if they heard or saw a prophet/demon they would think it's god or the devil. But it's 2023 and we know now that these technologies exist. Everyone is a targeted individual and more observant people will notice the fake aspects of their reality better. The targeting usually becomes more overt/obvious and more severe when the T.I learns that this phenomena exists and it gets worse when they become obsessed with it and look it up online all the time. "They" want us to waste our time obsessing over conspiracy topics online that add nothing of real value to our life. Help yourself, help others, and spread positivity in the world. That's not to say don't raise awareness, just choose your battles wisely. What has helped me lessen my targeting to a great degree was at first learning and understanding it better (I became obsessed which helped me learn about many different obvious tactics they used on me so and reading many T.I accounts having similar experiences so I can spot it better now) and after a few years I decided to completely change my outlook on life and moved my time/energy/attention to more important goals that helped me in making a better life for myself. In other words to become more determined in choosing my own path in life (as best I can) instead of letting others choose it for me.

@@papadizastr I don't even remember what the subject is here, but I can make a point regarding your comment though. back in 1953 (some claim 1954) President Eisenhower made a deal with very hostile Aliens on behalf of trading 136,000 human beings (from American meaning they had agreements with other nations as well) in one year. they were very clear about what they would do with the humans. they would butcher and eat them... President Eisenhower was also a WWII general who stormed the camps in Germany. he understood war. I don't believe he made the 1953 Grenada Treaty because he was a bad person. On everything love, I’ve seen something eerily similar. It resembled a wasp or mantis and had no wings but could fly. It made no noise and I spotted it floating by in the house. I was stung by one of those things on my lower back in 2012 or ‘13 I dont remember. I was doing so well before that. I don’t think it matters if the government says they are going to regulate. Everyone in tech knows that the one who accelerates the fastest will be the only one in the game within a short period of time. We’re talking about hyper-exponential growth.

You post implies there is a division between public and private in this particular sector, and that is demonstrably not true. The national security state has determined what technology accelerates in the public space and who does the accelerating, most often it is the very same NatSec state who created such technology and released it through one of their many private client organizations. "Regulations" are just the public facing protection racket whereas the classification system protects the private apparatus. It has been well documented that this leviathan will create public consent for its own regulation, just like what is being witnessed with OpenAI. The tech in this video has been around for decades and is not new. That isn't how this process works.

@@joshfields5466 - I can see your perspective but I don’t think everything between this sector and the government has complete convergence. Not everything is NatSec and PsyOps - though I know it is a big blanket. What I was saying is that some front runners are starting to emerge and merely calling out regulation is not going to change those looking to be dominant in that sector. In fact, I think it’s just the opposite, they will accelerate when they have the advantage. It’s hard to say how much convergence there is with the public sector but it’s easy to recognize the pursuit of power and wealth. I don’t believe for a second that one big tech company is going to slow its initiatives when they know the potential consolidating effects of the AI technology. There is a connection between public and private BUT there is no “being nice” between Big Tech competitors.

@@derekboyt3383 The further one goes up the chain the more convergence you will see. This is akin to the four formal causes as well. On the ground level CNN looks like Fox news. On high, they serve the same purpose for the same institutions. The "competition" is necessary for both the illusion of certain things including choice. Tech is no different. On some things they can get away with no competition ( energy suppliers) but on others they cannot. ( telecommunications) It would be difficult to sell the free market narrative with one state telecommunications company. So there are many, who "compete" for business. Money is made and exchanged.. but they are just indexers for the convergence. Only a small percentage of employees would even be aware. Much like how only a handful of people at facebook know they originated from DARPA's Lifelog. Very little of anything in a NatSec state is as it seems. People can make tremendous profit in such a system, especially those who play along. ( Musk, Bezos, Gates) Just do not make the mistake of thinking that anything of importance is not "covered". "Front runners" like Sam Altman, are there for a reason.
