Dark Souls Daughter of Ash is an overhaul mod made by Grimrukh, the same person whose making Dark Souls Nightfall. While we wait for Nightfall to come out, I figured I'd finally play Daughters of Ash. And it's a lot more puzzle oriented than I expected. Sorry this video is so long, didn't want to split it into parts. It's the same stupid editing style as always, a whole hour and 20 minutes of it. Hope you enjoy!

Replaced NPC dialogue done using ElevenLabs. I was experimenting with it for this video and it's hilarious how accurate (or inaccurate) the voices can be. All I had to do was upload isolated voice clips of characters to ElevenLabs and then type in whatever I wanted them to say, messing with some of the sliders to make them sound more like their in-game counterparts.

I've always just made the videos for me, so I don't mind if the algorithm doesn't push them anymore, but glad there's still some people watching them! Yeah the game progression route really threw me off, I got lost for a while
The nameless King is beaten my word he hit hard honestly the hardest part of that boss was fighting the dragon because not only was I fighting it but I was basically fighting the camera

Yup, the camera is so bad to deal with in phase 1. Congrats! Does that mean the DLC is up next?

@@TimsGamesDoneHard right now the painted world is the only DLC available to me because it came by default with my version of the game called the fire fades the other ones I have to pay for so perhaps in the future but right now the painted is next up it's the only thing left to do
