Hard to believe Danny is 62 years old. TOOL songs are epic marathons, and Danny always plays at a master level.

Danny makes it look so effortless. He is in a class of his own. So smooth, but passionate. The thing I think about the most is his posture, and how he doesn't look at his kit while he's playing. He instinctively knows where everything is, how hard to hit each piece to get the correct tambre. Just amazing, and a joy to watch.

It is also so fascinating that his limbs are all playing a different rhythm in many cases. would love to see a brain monitor scan while he plays.

A big man with big hands, thick sticks, chin up, the nods, the way he hits those skins so hard but so clean. My dad was a drummer from the age of 15 right up until he passed away a handful of years ago now. I miss him a great deal, but watching Danny play, his style and mannerisms, is the next best thing to watching Dad play, and for that, I absolutely love this video. I watch it often and it makes me smile.

Good Lord. Praise God. I’m sorry, but that type of reverence for a father is beautiful. Glory to God. Danny exudes class, taste, hard work, dedication, talent, precision, tenacity, strength, competance, etc! The fact that their music can make you smile and remind you of your dad is just amazing. God bless you

His shoulder level basically never changes through the entire song. Zero wasted motion. His technique is pretty much flawless despite the difficulties that come from being as large as he is

I always say this but notice how Danny has this perfect posture, it is athletic, his arms and shoulders up straight, his hips are perfectly positioned, his elbows, his wrists, his back straight, he is thinking about his posture the entire time he is drumming...drums are very athletic; hence the Boston Celtics Larry Bird jersey

Considering Danny is the literally heartbeat of the band I have always loved the keep him in the spotlight during the live shows. They have since the 90s until now, In a way he is kinda the lead singer since Maynard’s voice is considered and instrument.

I said it before ans if you want to hear the most beautifull song ever and live too pleas le react to the righteous brothers ,", unchained melody, you will not regret it. And also since you like rock with an amazing upbeat sound sound, deep base, you will love it. Two totally different songs feom two different eras, but you will NOT be disappointed, I promise!!
