Wow, glad you found all those things people could step on! When I was 12 and living in Okinawa, I was down at the beach jumping on a piece of wood laying in a sandy pit. I landed on a nail that went into my foot. My dad made me walk on it all the way back home. I did what he said, thinking he was so smart that the mud was probably good to walk on. My late husband and I used to metal detect on the beaches near Santa Cruz a lot. Found a bunch of small change and toy cars haha.

Every time I watch his clips it's a two edged sword for me. It's that way for me because they bring back good memories from when I lived up that way on Whidbey island but it also makes me wish I was still living up there and knowing it would be real hard to get the ability to move back up there.

AWP still getting good results but the egos are unchecked & the last Jed Hall video, with essentially a gambling site as sponsor, was absurd. Not to mention Jared's 7 minute ramble at the victims Mom. Don't need the money that much with their boasts of 15m views a month. Sam & Jake would be a good team. Both in it for the right reasons. Will be overjoyed to see you back at it when you're ready Sam.

Yep, Holding cameras in the faces of grieving relatives is very uncomfortable viewing. Sensationalist voyeurism for profit. If it was just about helping the families Jared wouldn't be interested. I googled him too, he has NPD and the mask has slipped.

The were just making an interest grabbing title...they are saving beach goers feet from injuries and tendinitis :D while cleaning up the environment ♡

well i think it’s because there was a pier there a looong time ago.. it got torn down or it collapsed or something and now its gone. i think the metal is remnants of it. also the fire pits have a lot of metal in them. i detected there a lot as a kid with a childrens metal detector.. and i tried to recently with my F22 but it was too hot outside so i only found a couple pennies and some nails before i diverted to a nearby park (i was looking just slightly west of where they were looking). i know its good to get litter off the beach, but the parks are way more lucrative in general. you can get the trash,nails & treasure out of those too which is why i mostly dont do the beach. there might be some nice stuff there though, who knows.
