The dangerous speed and efficiency of these fastest wood chipper machines technology, alongside incredible tree shredder working, redefine woodworking excellence.
I never knew watching trees getting shredded could be so oddly satisfying... and terrifying at the same time! Hats off to the engineers behind these wood chipper machines for turning logging into a high-speed spectacle

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings after watching the video. This is really precious to me.
The green machine is hungry feed it❤❤❤
Heavy machinery operators undergo extensive training to ensure the safe and efficient operation of these powerful equipment in diverse working environments.
Trees are a renewable energy source. Just consider the Finnish reforestation program. Harvested trees are regrown in a successful pattern . There really is no end for this natural resource.
Thank you so much to those who invented these amazing machines
the huge claw is so dangly yet strong
The two yellow ones were beasts, could handle anything, third green one good...
The yellow Chipmax the best of these🤠 the second machines operator gonna burn that crane in no time.
I thought I would check this video out again this chipper it's like me it's hungry all the time❤😅
Loaders with quick couplers adapt to various attachments, enhancing their versatility in American job sites.
Damn mean machine! Could be very useful in northern virginia.
It is a very good wood chipper!
I just love these big machine videos❤❤❤❤

Nom nom nom!
As much as I love watching these beasts... can someone explain to me why all this timber gets chipped? I know some, if not all is used somehow to heat houses, but why is it not also used for lumber to MAKE houses etc...? I see so many videos, including this one, with what appears to be perfectly good, very long, wide, and even straight pine and other good woods, that would be perfect for timber... so why??

@@hillbilly4christ638 I can't understand how something that is more than likely burnt up... has a one time use... is more valuable than something that can make a house that stands for decades. Seems crazy.
I'm just going to repeat the logs in my thumbnail to save time !
For a second I thought the second clip was a RC ( remote controlled ) chipper / grinder and a excavator attachment loading the chipper. If you go and watch the RC construction vehicles here on KZread, their sites look so realistic I mean they have dirt screeners,transfer/ loading belts, rock crushers, ect. At first the clip didn’t look to scale (size). * 1-13-2024

Why speed up the footage ?.
I am guessing it takes at least 3 loads of energy to produce and transport a "clean fuel" [saw dust] that will may be produce one.
WHY is the footage mirror imaged?
IT MAKES SENSE TO CHIP BRANCHES AND SMALL TREES WHEN CLEARING PROPERTIES BUT TO TAKE PERFECTLY GOOD LARGE TREES THAT CAN BE USED FOR LUMBER AND CHIP THEM IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!
I would sure hate to be a piece of wood!

It's more likely steam. When the Chips get stored outdoors and moist, there is a fermentation process, warming them up so the water evaporates as steam. Typically the Temperature reaches up to somewhere around 70°C, but far from burning. But it can heat up enough to start burning/glowing under certain cicumstances. Especially if you pile it very high ~8m and above and/or compact it while piling like driving with a loader on it. (I've found out the hard way). In that case I'm pretty sure it's just steam

What do they do with the chips
Ok considering there is meant to be a shortage on timber products 2x4 4x4 4x8 etc why in the blue hell are they wasting good logs???
Which country
What do they do with all that once they chip it into small pieces?

ship it across the globe by diesel powered ships and burn it for "green and co2 neutral energy". If you're lucky they burn it green, otherwise they would spend additional energy to dry the chips before burning it. And if you think I'm mad, nope, real truth here. Here in NL we import woodchips from canada to burn as biomass, which is EU approved green and CO2 neutral.

@@patrickd9551 There's also places that'll turn them into pellets for wood pellet stoves to heat their homes. It's important to note that, with very few exceptions, if you want to heat or power something, you're going to be burning something, and some sources are better than others. Geothermal, hydroelectric, and nuclear are about the only truly green and energy meaningful sources we have; wind and solar are very niche, not very efficient in most places, and have a lot of up-front energy costs in their production that sometimes aren't paid off during their lifetimes, making them carbon negative rather than truly 'green'.
@patrickd9551

@@LabTech41 Ah yes, pellets. Using massive amounts of energy to turn woodchips into a slightly denser wood burning product. Wood as a heat source is about as perfect as it comes in. Wood. Just logs, burning slowly in a fireplace. No need to convert it into electricity, we've got other means for that. All in all there is no perfect solution and I do recognize that. Although industrialization has brought more welfare to our world and allows us to live longer in the first place. Wood chips aren't that bad either when it was it's original form: waste from sawmills. Now we just straight up shred entire trees, which I think is wasteful.
Diamond z tub or horizontal grinders will show what real chipping is all about. Nothing but toys here.
What a complete waste!!… could use that for fuel for log burners!!🙄
Why should it be dangerous? If it complies to all regulations it's not. Change your video title.
What is wrong with these trees as being chipped seems a massive waste, not like they grow on tree's
