This video changed my life , when i watched it back in 2019 , i had no confidence whatsoever , i was frustrated from my job, had no friends , didn't had a good bond with my parents , nobody loved me . I watched it , practiced concentration 24*7 for months and boom , i became so good at it , that i scored 97 percentile in CAT 2020 (National level aptitude test) , got a job which pays well after i gained courage to quit my last job, my confidence is over the roof now , i form good bond with almost everyone now, my mom loves me . That's how some things change and impact your life. I got lost during the 2nd lockdown and lacked confidence, so i searched for this video , came back to it again and now it's been a week i have practiced it and as expected i feel confident and my life is sorting itself again. Thank you Dandapani!!!

This knowledge is gold. The first few times I watched this a month ago. I knew he said important things, but a lot of things he said simply didn't register in my brain. I just remembered this video and gave it my undivided attention. There is a lot of good information here for people who want to succeed in any area of life. For me at least there seems to be pattern. Advice from successful people only registers when I reach a certain checkpoint. Then I get that 'aha' moment and it clicks.

I have been training my mind since I was 18 to think positively. Thinking positive does not mean you do not feel upset, deposed, sad or unhappy. What it means is you feel all the emotions yet you choose to see the positive aspect in the most negative situation. Being an optimist in negative situations is like silverlining. Life as it is, is full of rocky terrains but it is upto us to make it a bed of roses. We have the power but our ignorance takes the best of us as we allow our minds to control us rather than us controlling our mind. Our mind is the most powerful instrument in our body and to train it to it's utmost potential is our gift to ourselves and the word.

Very useful video. To reduce overthinking be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing your life with others, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. You can sit or lay down on the bed--eyes closed--No deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. With practice the mind will relax. Keep a reminder to observe your breath sensations throughout the day and night anywhere -anytime-- before sleep, at work, taking a walk, at home, when travelling etc with eyes open or closed. Like me make breath observing a lifetime habit to have a better life. Best wishes--Counsellor.

I find meditation to be a powerful tool to achieve concentration. Meditation is simply putting your mind on one thought or image and holding it. When the mind drifts, bring it back over and over again until you can hold a single thought as long as you wish. From this practice I'v learned to silence the world around me and concentrate on only one thing as described in the video. In this practice lies the secrets of success and understanding your relationship to life especially when the thing you are focusing on is total silence and an absence of thought. Then you will find your true self and learn the wonderful truth about who you really are.. This is effective prayer. Hope this helps.
