DANCER LEGS WORKOUT || Toned Legs and Glutes (No Equipment)

Build strong and toned legs and glutes with this 15 minute Dancer Legs Workout. This workout will target your inner/outer thighs and glutes, leaving you feeling lengthened and strengthened! No equipment and no dance experience required. Enjoy this workout on it's own, or combine it with one of my other workouts for a full body burn. Have fun! :)

    Hope you enjoy this dancer legs and glutes workout! ☺️ If you find the side lying position uncomfortable for your hip, I'd recommend placing a blanket or something soft underneath your hip so you are nice and comfy. Have fun and let me know how you go in the comments below! ❤️

    Hi Nicole! Love this one and just paired it with your lower body video. Do you think that with time it's possible to gain flexibility so that we can kick the leg back as far as you do in the move where we're on our side and kicking the leg forward and backward? I'm not going much farther past my glute because I think I'm then 'rocking' my upper body. Thank you!

    I agree. It surprises me how much other workout leaders keep talking about how much something hurts or how hard it is. That is not inspiring and puts thoughts in my head that I wasn't having. I'll also thank you, Nicole, for your positive and gentle and peaceful flowing workouts. I finish rejuvenated.

    I absolutely love your videos! I just recently came across them and decided to start you November series last week. I can already feel a huge difference! I have a couple of autoimmune conditions that make it hard for me to do certain workouts and have led to me already going through full menopause even though I'm only 41. In just this last about 2 weeks of doing your videos, my sleep, energy, strength, stamina, mood, pain, fatigue, etc... have all improved! I feel better than I have in a very long time. So thank you!!
