People in here underestimating Lee. Not saying he will win but fuck man he almost killed Gillespie not to mention did pretty good against Tony when he was compromised by an infection. He went off the rails a lot after his coach died but he looked great in his first fight out of tristar.

He let Nate get up twice outta respect man, after that though Nate was waking up and starting up , Nate is a late round fighter but in this instance I think masvidal would’ve won regardless , we just would’ve gotten two last rounds of complete war

Nate got wrecked for 3 rounds no doubt, but no one's talking about the fact that Jorge was slowing down at the end of the 3rd, and Nate was starting to pick up the pace. Would've been reeeeaaal interesting to see a 4th and 5th round. Hats off to Jorge, love that dude. But that was one of the worst doctor stoppages I've ever seen in MMA. Hard to sell a rematch given those 3 rounds, but dang I hope they run it back. The fans deserve to see the all out war this fight was being set up to be!

With Jorge slowing down, once he's in Nate's guard, Nate could work for the triangle choke. Jorge has decent ground game for getting into scrambles, but I wouldn't put him above Nate's jiu-jitsu. You clearly don't know what you are looking at. Masvidal was landing hard shots for sure but Nate was tagging him back plenty. Jorge looked dog tired at the end of the third just letting Nate hit him from the bottom. Jorge was always gonna be the early aggressor, 4 and 5 is where Nate shines.

I have a new found respect for Dana White after this interview

I saw almost as many kicks as punches... Or if you mean Boxing was big, MMA has been bigger than boxing for over a decade. The masses only watch a few boxing fights per year while there is UFC with 12-14 fights every week and Bellator almost as much and dozens of smaller organizations that get plenty of fans.

I don’t think so Nate got worked by Masvidal it was one sided and couldn’t see that changing in the later rounds. On a side note, Masvidal is a veteran smart fighter, his experience speaks volumes. If you breakdown that fight Masvidal did so much trickery, and brilliant combos. One instance was when Masvidal was on top of Nate, Nate was hitting him and Masvidal covered up pretending he was hurt. Nate kept hitting him and then Masvidal came out with some heavy combos. Lulled Nate in to thinking he was hurt. Smart fighter.

I fuckin love Jorge.. but.. Stylebender 10000% deserves fighter of the year. He fought 6 times in 1 year from Feb 2018 - Feb 2019, headlined 3 main events in 2019, and won the belt. In the span of a year and 8 months he went from his UFC Debut to Championship fighter.

I'd like to see them run it back. Rematch is a must with a stoppage over a cut.

With the year Masvidal has had Leon Edwards isn't worth fighting. Anything can happen in the cage and it's to much of a risk for Masvidal especially with the tear he's on.

BMF Belt is a great idea. I think all fight promotions should have one and then have a cross promotion event to determine the Ultimate BMF in that weight class.

In my opinion masvidal did not beat Diaz! It was for the bmf title! In that fight you had to finish your opponent and masvidal certainly didn’t do that. They should’ve put the belt on ice and make a re match. Those last 2!rounds were crucial
