10/8 but you count 4 quarter notes and one eighth note and it’s easier.

It's in 9, you could say 9/8 but the tempo feels more like 9/16. I feel the subdivision as 4+5

So contact clues will tell you this clip is from a shed hosted by a fellow drummer who happens to have one of the grooviest gigs in show business. He clearly picked Dana to do a demonstration to express his ego and some more on the drums. It’s okay to say you just can’t comprehend or find the one because of incompetence
