Dan doesn't have a mullet. Mullet is short in the front (business) and long in the back (party). Dan's hair is just long everywhere and it's simply amazing. Dan's a PHENOMENAL artist and performer. My favorite singer actually.

Dan Vasc is a bloody hell POWER metal singer. Please check his channel. That was not the longest note he held. He has very long hair and occasionally does hair flips that metalheads are used to do.

He's been blessed with a voice of a thousand Angels! PS. Not a mullet

Definitely not a mullet. No short hair up front. His hair, and the rest of him, is gorgeous. He is from Brazil, and excellently trained to be able to sing anything. Please xheck out his channel.

Dan Vasc is a very well trained vocalist. His extensive training shows in so many ways. His straight shoulders, raised sternum, incredible breath control…all contribute to the power he exudes in his performance. I’m glad you were won over by this. I got the feeling you were to say the least a bit skeptical at the beginning. Now, delve into some of his other covers, you’ll be surprised at the depth of his catalog!

A Mullet is short on sides and long in back…his is a full head of beautiful, long, thick black hair!!!

I’m glad that you appreciated the power and beauty that Dan gave to this song - it compares to nothing else in its beauty! BUT he most certainly does NOT have a mullet and I don’t know how you can’t see that. Check out his catalog and you will see many ways that he wears his hair, and the many ways that he uses his vocal talent that he has skillfully, with years of training, honed into the powerful and majestic tool that it is now. BTW- at the beginning you called him Van Dasc - that is the rocky start in my opinion.

I didn't take offense at the Van Dasc statement because back when Super Mario Kart was still on Sundays on Geeks+Gamers, someone else on that stream accidentally called him that, too. Everyone, including Dan, laughed their a**es off at that, said it was his "evil" alter ego, and he even made a shirt with that on it. It was hilarious! Lighten up! Dan has a great sense of humor, along with that absolutely amazing voice!

Yes, I have seen Dan's comment about it and his response is hilarious. I've also seen/heard Dan's sense of humor -- love it! I've been very impressed and supportive of the comments that you make to most reactors, I even find myself looking for what you may have said. That being said, I have seen some that you've made that are on the 'not so happy side', so please don't come after me and tell me to lighten up. I was a little put off by his comment about Dan having a rocky start in this gorgeous hymn. I'm still trying to figure out what he was referring to. Let's just all get along and have that epic day that Dan bids us to have. :) :)

It was just a slip of the tongue is all I meant. I saw another reactor, who shall never be named, who couldn't get Dan's name right and then deliberately was saying is wrong and mocking it and Dan; that is worth calling out. This guy simply got it wrong once, in a way that reminded me of the gaming stream; that's all I meant by lighten up. It's not like he was trying to be rude, unlike that other reactor. My comment wasn't about attacking you personally.

I think he squeezed every last smidgen of air from his body for that final one breath phrase ... and was gasping and rocking like he was about to pass out! It was amazing. If you watch and listen to this outstanding performer, you will see the emotion he puts into every word he sings. It has been many years since I have enjoyed a performer of that caliber. If this song doesn't prove that to you, try listening to his version of The Music of the Night from Phantom of the Opera. Dan could be the lead in any Broadway Musical he desired with the highest of accolades after every performance.

Know the difference . Dan has beautiful hair , not a joe dirt mullet. Dan is by far the best to ever sing Amazing Grace. I'm 65 and have heard many professional singers young and old do Amazing Grace , none comes even close to this .

The more you hear it the more youll love it, hence the millions and millions of views!

Initial reactions are so wonderful to watch. Small misstep at the beginning. You're forgiven 😆. It always blows you away. I can promise you now, no matter what song you hear from Dan Vasc, it will never be any less good. Promised. Whether metal, rock, classical opera or folk songs. DAN is a free spirit, I would just say. His passion is metal but he has mastered all techniques. I'm looking forward to the next reaction 😉. Maybe the Witcher cover songs. Starting with "Burn Butcher Burn" .

Nice reaction. The van Dasc slip cracked me up! Reminded me of when someone did the same thing to him on a gaming stream on Geeks+Gamers; he wasn't mad and turned it into a t-shirt he sells. His hair is naturally curly, so due to that and the Brazilian humidity, he pays to get it straightened every three months. It's so long that he gets teased constantly about it when he puts it in a "manbun." Check out more of his songs - all already suggested and any of the others on his channel. The man can sing anything!

Dan is a Brazilian POWERHOUSE of a singer - classically trained, but also a metal GOD. You are in for one hell of a rabbit-hole with him! Others I can recommend are: his covers of Evanescence's 'Bring Me To Life,' Seals 'Kiss From A Rose' (as a duet with Violet Orlandi, another amazing Brazilian singer,) 'Burn Butcher Burn' from The Witcher, 'Nessun Dorma' (which really shows off his classically-trained voice.) One thing you can guarantee, Dan will NEVER stop surprising you with what he can do.

This is exactly what you expected(?!!?)... why, then, were you so surprised st a couple points in the song, and especially at the end? People who are not surprised by a song do not exclaim "WOW" 8 or 10 times and are almost speechless at the end, if they were "EXPECTING" something! Even so, I liked the "reaction." Listen to more of Dan Vasc, he can do it all with tons of emotion, sensitivity, and/or power, as needed.

OK, you really should check out Tommy Johansson. He's the lead guitarist of Sabaton, and lead guitarist and singer of Majestica. He also does his own solo work and uploads to KZread almost every Friday. His most popular video to date is She's Gone, which is incredible. He covers everything from Disney to ABBA to Celine Dion to various metal songs. He has a 4 octave range and crazy good vibrato. Cheers!
