Once upon a time, about 3 weeks ago, in a land far, far away, almost 70 miles from the abbey, Good Time Charlie and I embark on yet another adventure full of suspense, danger, and yes, maidens in destress. I think you will be amazed at what you see. Thanks for watching. God's peace to all. Mr. Ed

Mr. Ed, the title was very intriguing to me. So, I was compelled to watch your video. I love a good title to a book your title to your video is set apart from other ones. That hive as you revealed is amazing. Astonishing how the honeybees can make such beauty! The intelligence of the honeybees makes their home bacteria-free with the propolis. I did not know that. Excellent video as always Mr. Ed. Just curious to anyone who reads my comment. Did you watch it because of the title? I am a fan of Mr. Ed. as Love is a good romance novel as well. You are the Knight in shining armor and rescued the Queen all in 22 minutes! Well done..

Hey Doctor Bruce, so happy to hear you enjoyed the video, especially after being "compelled" to watch because of the title. I too am curious as to why folks chose to watch, was it because of the title, the thumbnail, or just because it was another Mr. Ed bee wrangling adventure. Please, for whatever the reason you decided to watch, let me know so I can satisfy my curiosity. One more thing, if you enjoyed the video because of the title, make sure you read the description of the video, you should get a laugh out of it as well. Thanks so much for watching and letting me know why you watched. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed

What I didn't say was that I was a small child growing up watching my father build the hives on our side porch and doing everything in our back yard. I was very much into the experience. Our kitchen floor was lined with gallon jars of honey with comb. I used to catch the Drones off of the front & fly them around on a string. My father grew an orchard back there, had Plums, Cherries, etc as well as a garden. This was My Life. I very much enjoyed hearing from you as well, several years ago I helped some people make contact with other bee keepers to prevent them from trying to kill a swarm they found in their yard. Those beekeepers had heard of my father & we enjoyed talking. I love all of God's creatures & try to protect nature. I wish people would stop being SO selfish & start CARING about our environment.

Mr ‘Ed’, I have a recipe from an old 16th C (1541) Hand written manuscript that details (in Middle Age Italian) how to use propolis, wax, Carnauba scrapings and various plant based coloration tints to make furniture polish/finish. I collected books since I was a teen and this book enticed me to become a restorer of Medieval furniture (of which most examples are from Catholic Churches and Monastaries hand made by the monks. It is beautiful. I only take on one or two jobs a year any more because of the time consuming nature but after going through so much beeswax on repairs I finally saw your videos and decided to raise bees and produce my OWN wax!….well, technically….the BEES produce the wax…but you get my drift! Thanks for the inspiration! It’s so much fun!

You bring a smile to my heart. I just love watching your videos. I keep asking my kids to take me to visit a bee farm but, they haven't yet. Would love to taste the honey on the cone.

You need to keep that wood and make a swarm trap out of it!!!! I've made 15 out of wood I removed from a house last year. That's one beautiful hive!! At least in the cooler weather the honey doesn't drip everywhere as bad. Great job Mr. Ed and Charlie!!!!!
