I remember when I discovered his music for the first time. It was around 2:00 A.M. I was depressed and I had planned to end my own life that night, and I happened to discovered this concert on KZread and I stayed awake listening to it. So basically his music saved my life...

It takes a special person to fill a theater of that size with such emotional intensity using only his voice and a guitar. He is a truly incredible performer who shows an emotional vulnerability that draws you in and holds you for as long as he wants. He doesn't hide behind big production, costumes, or the safety of a band. It is all him, right there, strumming his guitar.

I've been mesmerized by Damien for over a decade, through his anguish & subsequent reinventions as an artist. the one constant since his early years w,/Jupiter & Lisa has been his emergence as a solo artist who can bring the most stoic to their knees armed with his voice, passion, & well worn guitar. it's really refreshing to hear such appreciation from a fellow fan put so beautifully thank you Tom Mason!
