Harriet Walters is fabulous. She seems to be as amazing as I hoped she’d be. ❤❤
I’ve seen Harriet in many, many things. She is popular in Australia and was marvellous in a mini series called The End. But her role in Succession was one I could have imagined studying in English literature, the role that explains the many layers of other characters. Succession was akin to a modern day Shakespeare.

especially since y'all really buy that crap published by that rupert guy's paper
Coincidentally, I just saw a picture of her in peter wimsey mysteries and then this came up in my recommendeds. I think she was the perfect Harriet Vane. Mentally recasting it if there was a remake I can't think of who could play the character to her calibre.
Harriet is absolutely delightful! She definitely has a resemblance to her uncle! Thanks for yet another gem Rob! 😃
Fucking classic interview. Brydon, you god.
What a talent, brilliant in Killing Eve and Silo. Great interview Rob.
11:58- Love the part when she reminisces about her amazing uncle
She says (actually shrieks) one of my favorite lines in a film. "VIPER IN MY BOSOM!" Film adaptation of Sense and Sensibility, written by Emma Thompson.
Her performance in the last series of Alan Bennett's Talking Heads was fantastic x
Splendid interview as always Rob. Dame Harriet was so interesting. Oh, and did Harry take you up on your offer of the loo…or did he take his turn?
Luv Harriet, legend⭐️!
Loved the Christopher Lee "had no work for three months" age 93.
I have loved this woman and everything she has done!🙏🙏😇
Fascinating conversation. thank you both xx
Lovely interview! Really enjoyed Silo, tempted to start Succession too now
Fabulous interview, as ever - thanks
Silo was excellent
Rob. This channel is a great podcast where I sounds like the guests know it's ok to talk about those old taboos. It would be nice if even just one Australian would open up with guests like you do. I'm in. Subbed, and thank you. Good listens while I work in the background.
Wonderful!!!!
loved her and the podcast!
That was an expensive interview - I'm going to have to fork out for Silo now...

Same here.. 😁
Loved her role in Belgravia.
Dame Harriet is brilliant, I saw her live in Stratford-Upon-Avon back in 2015 in DEATH OF A SALESMAN alongside Sir Antony Sher. She also resembles her amazing uncle Sir Christopher Lee a lot (Definitely the Dracula death stare when her characters are angry)
Holy hell, Rob! You were in the Barbie movie! I’d love to hear about that! Amazing!
Loved her in Ted Lasso.
So perfect in everything she does. But to me she will always be the perfect Harriet Vane.
Harriet has reached national treasure level whether she likes it or not.
Messi loves Rob Brydon
love my lady
"Hey Barbie!" "Hey Sugardaddy Ken!" : - )
my nady
I think that should be "Don't forget...". It's cut off.
I had no idea that she is related to saruman
She’s British? I just watched Silo and I had no idea.
Brilliantly observant of Britains down fall...the class system.

Worked a treat for many centuries.
Who?
What age is lady Macbeth supposed to be? 45 sounds young; if not, appropriate.
It's ok Rob - Prince Harry should be used to being second in line for the throne.
Harriet who??
