I've already been subscribed, but after hearing *Dame* talk about _The Dream Team,_ I was sold. Because I tell my crew, _"Team work, makes the dream work!"_ Damn near everyday and even though, feel like they don't really get it yet. Remember when I was feeling real low and insignificant and my Managing Director told me _"You are the oil, that keeps this engine running"._ Which lit a fire in me, to want to do more, opposed to moving on. Said all that to say, there's an infinitesimal amount of power in words, due to ones intentions. If he of had ill will, or negative intentions towards me, I would've felt it and not of had done my best. I was in my college dorm (2000) working on my album. This guy named "AG" walked in and heard one of my tracks. He looks at me and said you need to go find a guy named Dame Dash you would fit his ROC label perfect. I researched Dame Dash and I started a record label named "Stepped-On Records" because of him. Stepped-On Records meaning we stepping on to the game and I had no idea Stepped On ment bad drugs.

Dame Is his own worse problem... He needs healing to come out of that sensitive space he´s always in. He even takes a complement as a jab.....
