It's no comparison between Lagoons and Arabian Ranches 3. The lagoons provides way more facilities and the LAGOON itself is like nothing else. The usage of space in Damac lagoons is much better than Anya. They don't have a show townhouse for Anya. But you can check this video of one of Emaar 4 bedrooms townhouses you'll get a better idea regarding the sizes kzread.info/dash/bejne/dYqjqZukhtTAZbw.html And in terms of the location Damac lagoons is in the geographical center of Dubai
