Stitches are the pits. Normally get one in the wind. Probably gulping too much air for me, and yes, slowing down helps, thankfully. 👍

Great video, it really captured the evening superbly! That course PB of 19:07 is very impressive indeed, I'm guessing that wasn't in Vaporflys!

Well done 👏 Looks like a brilliant event. I’m sure you featured on Andrew Pick’s (run parkrun with me) video. I agree, relay events are fantastic, with a huge feeling of team spirit and togetherness.

Yes there is a video made in the early 1980s of Seb Coe training near there.

I used to notice signs for Bradfield and Dungworth on my commute from Bakewell to Deepcar, some years ago. For some reason I'd often get the names mixed up in my head, and invent a place called Dungfield 😅 19:07 sounds like a great time, John. I'm surprised you didn't mention it more! 😁👍🏻

As I mentioned elsewhere in the comments, probably an 18:30 with super shoe adjusted time :-). Also near by is Ughill. Which you can say next time you hit a challenging incline.
