There's been A LOT of development surrounding the ranch. Luckily they've kept the fields closest to the ranch undeveloped so it still has that open field ranch feel.

I hope they don't put apartment blocks right up to behind the swimming pool. It's a pity the land around it is going to be developed. It's not SF ranch if you can see apartments in view from the house itself or from the driveway into the house. At the end of the day, life seems to be all about the bucks. 😑

A developing company will only buy it for 1 reason. To build homes. You need land for a ranch.

First of all it is not even close to a mansion by any standard.
