Hello, this is "Cook after workout".
Did you work out hard today?
Today, I'm going to use chicken breast, which is rich in protein,
I'll try to make "Grilled short ribs with chicken breasts" deliciously.
If you have thick chicken breast, scoop it in half thinly.

■ Cooking ingredients
3 lumps of chicken breast (about 350g)
■ Seasoning
4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide
1 tablespoon of ground garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, a little bit of pepper, 1 handful of green onions

1. Prepare green onions and chicken breast
2. Make seasoning (see text for ingredients)
3. Marinate chicken breast for about 30 minutes
4. Place chicken breast on a pan and cook over low heat
