I think I speak for the majority of your followers...we want you to be happy and healthy! We like that you share your life with us, and honestly your filming (and cooking) is quite beautiful and relaxing.

I had thyroid cancer many years ago and had my thyroid removed - It is hard to show people how much it effects you on a daily basis (and you don't owe anyone any proof of what you're going through!). Don't listen to negative comments! I would say the majority of your community are the nicest people! Just know there are people who are cheering you on and wishing you the best in life.

Hello Lou, I'm so, so sorry that people are so mean to you! I have 2 auto-immune diseases myself, and I understand how hard it is. Even a "simple" cold hits us much harder than a healthy person. So, please know that the majority of your followers wish you all the best and don't want to judge you at all! The people who criticise you are cruel and shouldn't follow you in the first place if they only want to be mean. A little cooking tip: if you use your measuring spoon first for oil, and after that honey, the honey slides of your spoon without any problem. In my house, if one person cooks a meal we will both be eating, the other person does the dishes and cleans the kitchen (although we both do try to keep the kitchen as clean as possible while we're cooking, so we don't make a huge mess for the other person to clean up). Or, if one person is in charge of getting groceries, the other person might be in charge of doing laundry. Or putting together a shelf and sorting out a messy cabinet 😊 Since we are both working and we are both adults, we split all of OUR household chores pretty evenly. And when one of us is working more hours than the other person, the one who is working fewer hours takes on MORE of the household chores. It's all part of figuring out how to live peacefully and happily with another person, and being supportive of each other. That way, neither person starts to feel like they're always doing a larger share of the household chores, or that they're being taken advantage of, or being taken for granted 😊 It's important to have these kinds of conversations. And to check with each other from time to time to make sure any decisions you've made for how to manage all the various aspects of the life and home you are now sharing, are working well for BOTH of you ❤

Maybe for next video - can you tell us a little more about recycling? I am very interested in how it is regulated in Japan. Do you dispose of household waste for recycling? How? I also see that you have a lot of plastic, it's all in packaging. It really surprises me - even a sigle carrot.😮😮😮 I'm from Serbia (Southeast Europe).

I’m happy to see a video from you to enjoy watching with my morning coffee. Your cooking looks great and makes me hungry, I’ll have to cook breakfast now. Please don’t let those who aren’t kind or too intrusive bother you, just block them, they hide behind a screen like mice, jealous of those who are happier than them. Sad really that their life has been so disappointing they just try to make happy people feel bad. We are a family of gluten free who have autoimmune issues so I understand how hard it is and because it’s not an illness everyone can see they don’t understand what it’s like. Please know that with possibly untreated or under treated hypothyroidism it is very common to be sick. Before I went on thyroid replacement medicine I was sick a lot. It really does make a difference. If you aren't taking already find a good multivitamin as well. Lou, if you cannot hang because of nail holes, consider using adhesive command strips. They work great for walls and don’t damage walls.

Command strips actually do damage walls especially in apartments because they use cheap drywall and paint. I have used them for years and every time I removed them they took off all the paint and drywall. The maintenance manager at my apartment now told me to never use them on the wall.

Someone out there might be going through similar things you are so it might be helpful and comforting to them. I have misophonia and SOOOOO many people think I made it up because it's something they can't see. They think if they can't see it then it's not anything. There are so many people who are NEVER happy or satisfied and try and bring people around them down. It's not you so just try to ignore them. Some people think if they aren't happy then they will make everyone around them not happy as well. Or at least try.

I got autoimmune disease when 27 years old with a baby and 3 year old. I am determined like you and kept doing things. I am now 71 years old and i am doing good. 18 hours daily fast, no sugar and a portion size of carbs. Rock on! USA

Lou I am very new to your channel but you owe no one a explanation and I go through the same thing! I live in Arkansas in the States and about 20 yrs ago I got sick very sick but no one understood unless they saw me at home because I didn’t look sick you couldnt see that I was physically sick! I was finally diagnosed with Lupus and Psoriatic arthritis and it makes you very sick and what I finally had to do was just take care of myself and if people didn’t believe me then it was their problem not mine! Your lovely so please don’t let the stress of what other people think worry you because stress and worry will make any autoimmune illness much worse! Just take care of yourself and those that care about you will understand and the rest just let them move along and hope it never happens to them! Hugs to you 🤗❤️
