Hello Rashmi and Everyone, I want to tell you guys about practicing this “Breathing Exercise” benefit. 2 weeks ago in fact whenever I used to visit to my doctor my blood pressure used to come “155/100” or “165/100”. My doctor was like “you have to take less salt take and you have to have stress free life. I got so scared. I have to go for my heart ECG though. But then I saw this video. I have practicing this since then. Now whenever I check my BP. It is 112/80 or 119/82. Keep practicing it does help. Big Thanks to Rashmi who took out the time and made this video.

Hi Reshmi , can u pls advise a timetable for a week covering all asanas & breathing exercises. I’m following ur videos like 2 days of 1 hr yoga , 1 day 50 rounds surya namaskar, 3 days 30 min yoga & 20 min of ur wkly work out . Is this right ??

If you cannot do child's pose then you can get into Pavan muktasana. Neck pain after shoulderstand ideally should not happen. If it does you may be doing something wrong. Turning the head gently from side to side helps.

One thing Rashmi please make video on some strength training workout,do’s and don’t’s too.. Now I’m in my old shape😇🥰..My weight was 72 after delivery,my current weight is 54.5..your videos helped me a lot specifically your instructions..Just love your clear instructions which I was searching in my postpartum n finally got you😇.But as I’m undertrained though after some experience have some knowledge now..please suggest some weekly routine that will be beneficial...
