I’m a refrigeration technician with extensive knowledge of stepper motors and valve bodies (in fact I have a battery powered valve driver). Just a little curious why you didn’t sand off corrosion from the valve before installing new stepper (eev)? No offense of course 🤝

I love this video! Do you know the impedence for the eev on a 3pcb1412-2 daikin? It has also the brown which is connected to blue 0 ohm. And my readings are strange, different from yours. Red2Orange and Red2white = 45, blue2yellow =24, orange2white=90 and all the rest infinite. Thanks!

How much to change the motorised valve?

I have had a Daikin EcoSwing Smart R32 12K BTU for 6 months. After two days of voltage fluctuations in my house it started to show a defect (U4). Could this problem have to do with the oscillations?

R410a and R32 almost same.

Would like to ask,the error code U4 indicate there is a system communication error and CU is not working at all.The Outdoor CU error L.E.D light/green small PCB also not light up at all.Is it still EEV,or it could be the CU PCB faulty?

May outdoor pcb faulty. U can try off the power supply and on back, once on back u can hear tick,tick,tick sound. If got sound may be not the outdoor pcb problem.

Thanks Mr bon for sharing. Just wondering, i know daikin is a very good brand alike all japanese brands.thats what defers from chinese rubbish,the chinese split units they have no eev,guess why when you clamp meter it you find they draw 1/2 the current for the same power.

有时候要自己判断，UO-U4 很接近，之前我同事check 是UO，reset 过后变U4. U4-如果indoor outdoor能走，就要检查其它的。
