A few suggestions: 1- you don't need a plier to pull the spark plug out. I have learned this from Suzuki Mechanics - use the spark plug boot (the connector you first removed). Force it in slightly and plug will attach to it.. then pull it out. 2- I don't know the torque spec on those plugs, but your plugs definitely needed more tightening. 3- anti seize is not needed for these types of plugs. They are designed to be able to last a long time without corroding. In fact, if you use anti seize it changes the torquing of the plug. If, like me, you torque it, you can overtorque due to anti seize acting as lube.
