The Hard disk is sata type, Usually the cables comes with DVR.

I think this is lite series XVR, 5MP Camera will support but the video quality/video frame rate may be less

Hello I have a technical issue with my Dahua DVR After upgrading the internet service and new router, I can't view cameras from on my mobile, although on the monitor showing all cameras perfect. When I went to P2P setup it showing OFFLINE. What do you advise. PS. I tested the internet cable from DVR on laptop and its working fine. When I plug in the cable to DVR the green light keeps blinking but no internet

Might be HDD bad sector, Or you can try to reset the DVR (Factory Default) then Check the Recordings. Note: Reset DVR you may need to configure Mobile APP access again

For Reboot/Restart : Switch Off & ON the DVR For Factory Reset : Configuration/System->Maintenance->Restore/Default
