My dahua is 2mp isn’t working till now by remotely from southwest Nigeria

when someone calls on the dahua intercom I can see the person in front of the camera but the iPhone doesn't give a notification. I think this has to do with the push notifications settings but I've tried to fix this but so far without succes....anyone got a solution?

You can delete from the list, then add again with the correct ip address. And make sure your ip camera detected on search list

This is an update to my reply. There are two types of apps that you can use what is GDMSS PLUS.... and the other is DMSS. And even though they sound different they look different truth of the matter is they are different if your NVR on the P2P setting says online you must try one of these two either they will both work or one will work out of both of them unfortunately when you buy these NVR there is no paperwork inside of them saying so but it's no big deal that's what you must do
