I tried configuring it using the video tutorial but what I noticed is that I can only view if I am connected to the router used with the DVR alone. But could not connect if I was using another internet network on my phone. What could be the reason?

we have 6 nvr with 103 ip camera ,all nvr connected on phone and online viwing and status is online but after few mints or few hours or days will be offline .what should i do ?

After updating the ip camera firmware, the camera is always continuous recording. Hikvision customer service confirmed the setting is correct for motion detection only, without continuous recording. Customer service give-up with no solution. Problem unsolved.

When i change to 100 Mbps full duplex and when i check ping of DVR ip address so im getting packet loss

Lagging on playback can be caused by harddisk or power drop on power switching adaptor

You can check your device ip address already in same segment or not? Then check your cable or wifi connection if you using wifi
