@@TeleriumD12I agree for sure. That last setting was a solution for a problem that doesn’t exist and is just a danger to the end-user if they are remotely familiar with modern handguns. Unless you really did your homework on this one it could definitely be a detriment to your safety.

looks like it does that thing some striker fired pistols do, where in single action they don't cock completely and a tiny bit of the trigger pull pulls the hammer back all the way, making a sort of hybrid single/double action.

That "single" action pull is a crime against humanity

​@@wildberry752I think you forget that this is a military firearm, that is all for safety. Like the super heavy 12 lb NYC Glock triggers or some of the DAO heavy triggers

Back in the 90s my friend nearly blew my foot off because of the unique way that firearm works. I paid for him to go through a firearm safety course after that incident.

The other chaebols like Samsung and LG still have their fingers in a whole bunch of pies, much like their Japanese counterparts (especially Yamaha and Hitachi). A lot of the weapons in use today by the South Korean military were designed or licensed by Daewoo Precision Industries.

International Harvester used to make M1 Garands, Husqvarna made handguns, Singer (sewing machine company) made M1911s. It’s not a fundamental change to from milling out brackets to milling out pistol slides.

Back when these came out, my ex and I were both cops. She and a few others in my area carried these. They were actually quite good pistols for the time, very affordable, and could use S&W mags.

Given my experience with a Daewoo car, I'd never go near a gun made by them...

My family got one of these from my grandfather after he passed, and we shot it 100s of times since 2015 when we got it. None of us knew this was a thing

Fuckin A Daewoo, nice lookin piece lol. That was a long ass single action trigger pull and I don’t care for pushing the hammer forward from the cocked position but I’d get this just to have a Daewoo pistol 😂

My grandfather had a Daewoo assault rifle in the 80s. It was bad ass

Had one in the late 90s, really liked it besides the triple action and the trigger bar broke in half. Triple action made the trigger have a weird place to skip or feel in single action at least on mine

Looks like a Beretta. Daewoo was pretty cool, I believe they made an automatic shotgun and a "futuristic 90s" gun which was an AR 18 ripoff internal but performed very well.

Most definitely, that looks exactly like my 5906, except the decocker/safety is on the frame and not the slide. Also, the grips are screwed on and has a different hammer style.

You should see my 9mm that only has a trigger safety. The "safety" is keeping it in the holster, and keeping your finger off the trigger until you intend to fire.

I remember my buddy was showing me his Springfield xd 45 he shit a brick when I showed him the built in decocking system

I had the dh 40 .. I was interested in getting the Beretta clone the guy said if cost is your biggest issue look at this it was on sale for 300 and the Torres was like 425 I loved tye dh it was heavy and it's not smooth like say the expensive guns but it was a dependable quality gun .. I also have an emotional attachment it wasn't the first gun I ever owned but it was the first one u paid for myself

As a duty weapon, having a pistol with a long, deliberate trigger pull without the normal heavy weight accompanying a double action trigger is a fantastic option for safe, accurate first round firing.

I'm not a big fan of other countries pistols other than Germany but this one I want I don't like 9mm's either and I want this one

You have someone a copy of a 1911 with some other stuff inside of its different like there's no good safety on it or anything like that the 1911 has the same trigger setup

This has zero relation to the 1911 trigger setup lol. The 1911 is single action only. This can be fired in single, double, or “fast” action.
