God was there when my earthly father wasn’t. I pursued my Heavenly Father to know my earthly father and 20 yrs + I can only trust my Heavenly because He’s present and never lies to me, manipulates and mis uses my honor for his title. I am glad God revealed him so I could know where I came from but I can see Gods protection in the abandonment rejection of my earthly father. Stay bless Queens

I remember unintentionally lying to myself saying that my dad's absence didn't matter but NOW as an adult I realize HOW MUCH of a void a absentee parent leaves in a child's life. As an adult, we are trying to play catch up by unlearning everything we learned. If you had HEALTHY relationships with your parents and lived in a HEALTHY environment, consider yourself BLESSED!!! If you happen to love someone who is damaged, please don't give up on them UNLESS it's now hurting YOU. I know its hard but God chose you to give them the love and patience that a parent did not give them. Also, when you fall in love with GOD, you will finally know what unconditional love is!

The Lord has been my father every step of the way. I remember one day I told the Lord that I needed a hug and I asked him how was he going to do that. I went to church that Sunday and I was sitting beside a young lady up in the choir stand and she turned to me and said the Lord told me to give you a hug. I felt so loved. He is a father indeed.

This was a blessings to me today, my dad wasn’t present in my life. We found each other about the age of 24 yrs old. My mom was a sick woman, I grew up to see her sick. And she was sick all her life. We needed him but he wasn’t there, not even for me. I love him as a person not as a dad. Now his children wants to adore me as big sister and I’m not having it. I do not care about them. I just love them as people. Not as family. Thank God I’m not the worst. This message today filled my heart, there is so much truth in it, so much I take away and learned from it. I pray the father for her. I literally ask God to remove her. And within a week of that prayer she was fired. Her time was up here. My God whom I serve is good he looks out for his children. @@sinethembaspelman the prophesy wasn’t fake. The house keeper the employer and everybody saw the evil things she did, and put on the job. The house keeper cleaned and remove them. And if I should tell you the things she did there is more than tongue can tell. I ask God to remove her and he did because it was too much. This world we live in have evil things and evil people. I have seen it all since I’ve been on this job with that woman.

It is so befitting that I watched this on this Father’s Day. I woke up feeling like I wish I could tell my father, whom I’ve never known, happy Father’s Day and that I love him. I woke up wanting to tell my baby father, whom I no longer communicate with out of respect for his wife, happy Father’s Day. I woke up this morning trying to figure out how to fully trust God even after all that He has done for me. I woke up this morning wanting to be embraced by a father who loves me. My father passed from drug overdose when I was a little girl 10 years old and I also have a couple of uncle's that stepped in and we're always in my life so I can relate. I can definitely relate to this, my uncle passed away a year ago and he was the father my father isn't 💔

This man of God, father, husband is gifted, I have never meet my father, he died when I was 3 months old. I have no idea how it feels like to have a father figure, I cn only imagine it, and if you have a father like that, embrace it. Its absolutely a blessing.

I lost my father at 3 months as well. I still don't feel his emptiness because my heavenly Father became a immediate present in my life. Even at 5 yrs old, I just knew God existed.

It's a wound, I carried many years and really affected my life. But now by the grace of our Mighty Father I'm healed. Wow, I had no idea I would actually shed tears watching this. I saw the comments before hand saying how they cried so I was like awww how sweet. Ready to hear the message but didn't think I was going to let my feelings get into it that deep. My father was never present in my life and I had to reach out to him just to try and build up communication and try to rebuild something that was broken. It's such a blessing she had her father in her life. I realized today that my Heavenly Father has always been present in my life even when I felt like no one was there he was every step of the way. I needed to see this, and I receive the prayer and instructions given. I also forgive my father, who is deceased, and myself. I offended my ex-husband by trying to tell him how to parent our son. I left my husband because he was emotionally, psychologically, and physically abusive because he was abused and never healed. I learned a lot about myself during that marriage, what to and not to do. They touched on everything I was confused and crying about. This has brought so much revelation. I refuse to be bitter. I refuse to hold on to the things that are killing me. I now know that when I'm hurting and lost Abba Father will supply, comfort, teach and do all He has to to wipe my tears and to set me up for the better. I'm important to Him. Wow, this was so great that I had to actually take a breath. My father (birth) was an unkind husband to my mother and a horrible,and violent father to me. My parents divorces when I was 10. Us kids 4 of us got stuck with the father. As a child I never understood why my father hated me so much out of all the rest. My mom got remarried after 13 years of marriage and then gave us an amazing step dad. Now that was my dad, because that was the very first parent in my life that actually saw me. He pulled me out of the shadows of not being a loved child. My true dad, my second dad was my dad. I knew the moment I met him when we finally got to go and live with mom, all 4 of us, older sis 15, me 14, bro 11, and baby sis 7. Yep this man took all 4 of us and raised us as his own. That change in my life is what gave me the start of a journey that there is love in the world. My dad taught me how to walk like a woman. He taught me how to drive. He walked me down the aisle, he gave me away. We were in school, he was in college. We were in college, he was getting his masters. My dad got his masters and CPA. I just only got my accounting degree. My dad was my hero. Every time I think of him, I know for sure that God came to me in the body of my dad that raised me to be all the strength of who I became. I decided to sought out my biological father when I became an adult in my mid 20's and my mom kept telling me that I was just so gangster like my father, a man that did not raise me but for a minute and I had turned out so much like him. So you know I had to seek him out. Well he was a big rig trucker with his own trucking business. To make a long story short, my dad is the soft and gentile side of me, and my father is as my mother said is the gangster in me. So I tell people all the time I am so special it took two men to raise me to the woman I have become. I am not easily broken and I am not easily dismissed. I have been married now for a month shy of 26 years. And it is the two sides of me that keeps my husband on his toes, because I am not easily broken and I am not easily dismissed. I am not ashamed of my journey. I respect the woman/man I stand up as. In this life, in this world, you must be of two minds. I am of both.

I had been seeing this video in my suggestion box for a good little minute now and because of the title, I avoided clicking it because this topic was a trigger for me, but I felt compelled as I dedicated some time to seeking God in various conversations to click and listen to this conversation and I am so happy that I did because I received a part of my healing with this message that I needed. It put some much needed things into perspective for me and I am truly grateful that God used you and your father's beautiful exchange and dialogue as a vessel to many women who struggle with this as well, that I now see this struggle is not unique to just me, but it is mine to forgive, accept and to overcome for my own sake and to reach God's divine purpose for my life. Watching this just now brought tears to my eyes. My father was killed when I was 9 years old now am in my 30s. I would always felt sad, lonely, unloved, my self esteem was a up and down. I was often bullied by family members and friends name calling I felt like only my mom loved me but I had to overcome that with prayer and knowing I have a Heavenly Father that loves me soooooo much and neveeeeerrrr leaves my side. This is a time for restoring souls and I think u need to get your priorities straight, and be able to break Generational curses. Every scam u do on someone God will make u repay them IN JESUS NAME. I don't usually listen to Bishop T.D. Jakes but, I must say that he was spot on in breaking down how a young man in his 20's trying to own up to his responsibilities and being ill- equipped and afraid. I married young, father of four children two boys and two girls. I didn't have a clue as to who I was let alone how to be a good husband and raise children. So eventually, I felt that I was not need nor appreciated and left. The mother did not allow me to develope a relationship with my children and of course not encouraged by their mother. After all, she herself was a single child and did not have a father in the home. This message I will meditate and be digesting for a while. Thank you Bishop!

This was a powerful message and right on time! It blessed my whole soul. I’m excited about moving forward in my life and not allowing pain of people paralyze me from whom I called to be. This was truly a blessing to me! I grew up with Daddy Issues, looking for someone to fill that void, making bad men decisions. I will share this blessing with my daughter, as she too has the same issues. God bless you @sarahjakesroberts for blessing us
