This was the best off-road test I have seen. Those test tracks are nothing compared to this real stuff
Have you even been driving 1200 km’s in a Jimny!? I can tel from experience that driving a duster is much more comfortable… as a hunter the Duster is just a great car! It drives well on the road, and if needed also off road! It has space, and doesnt take that much gasoline as the Jimny would… all in all… great car!👍🏻

Toate ca toate, dar omul ăla care ținea de cablul de la troliu și-a pus viața în pericol. În rest, e clar că aici, Duster și-a atins limita, dar și traseul a fost imposibil aproape. Și un Patrol sau Land Cruiser cu MT-uri ar fi avut probleme pe acolo.

The only difference is the tyres? Neither car has front and rear diff locks, just anti slip. Battle of the tyres is all.

Wrong. Jimny has low range gears, duster doesn't. Jimny has ladder chassis, duster doesn't. These make a huge difference in off road capabilities but obviously you don't know much about off roading.

@@tonwhelan The Duster 4x4 version has very short first and second gear ratios that adequately cover this, and are actually more convenient than the Jimmy’s lower set to use. The chassis difference is true, and the approach and departure angles are superior on the Jimny also. But I was talking about this particular challenge, where none of these things really comes into it from what I can see.
4x4 you need diff lock and i seen a crack in the windsreen on the Dacia is the body twisting not a very good thing if the body is doing that

Too sad my Duster from 2022 goes 230kmh on the speedo👍😉 why did they have to Limit the Facelift to 174kmh? That's the reason why i will never buy IT.

Anvelopele de pe Jimny sunt noi si au sens de rotatie, deci elimina mai usor noroiul. Cele de pe Duster sunt mai uzate si nu au sens de rotatie. In plus, masina e mai grea cu 400 kg!...
It’s a very bad grip on the slope. Looks like no roots and deep mood. Definitely hard and risky conditions for both cars.

Problema e ca abia asta e offroad real (in adevaratul sens) iar dusterul IN NICIUN CAZ nu e o masina de offroad ci de drumuri forestiere. Prea mult chin pentru nimic, imi aduce aminte de cel care si-a carat bicicleta pana pe varful negoiu.
Ai comparat mere cu pere. Cauciucuri total diferite.
