this is the story that made me realise u dont need a happy ending for a drama to make it a good ending. i really did wish the male lead recover his memories first so that at least he can make xiao feng happy even just for that moment and appreciate her. but no xf was the one who had her memory recover first huhuhu

You may want to check out Legend of Fuyao with Yang Mi and Rising of the Phoenixes with Ni Ni. One of the better recent Cdramas is The Story of Minglan starring the veteran actress Zhao Liying.
This drama is the masterpiece of 2019 for my treasured Asian drama collection. Believe me its not at all about the ending, its a definite drama worthy to be watched , it is one of a kind that must to be watched, but have to warn you of its addiction ! This drama will stuck on my mind & heart for a longtime if not forever...

1st mistake is when her Teacher send her to the bridge to meet "Xiao Wu", 2nd mistake the prince killed her grandfather while in love with her, that time when she wake up and realized he killed her grandfather her cried touched my heart so deep I cries with her heartbroken. 3rd when she had to witness the slow death of her beloved Teacher. Last, when she get her memories back. It is a TRAGEDY movies, I love it, because of the emotions and story lines, the Prince is not at fault for successfully execute his plan to exterminate his enemies. Its sad, do it, wrong, don't do it also wrong. Sad. Broken. Pieces.

I hope to see her more in historical dramas. She is sooo beautiful and really suit the princess look. I usually fall in love with the male leads. But i really fell in love with the female lead in this drama. She kind of reminds me of Padme Amidala, anakin’s wife from star wars, who also had a tragic ending. I was depressed for 2 weeks when she died. Never thought i’d feel this way again.

I watched this drama because the actress Peng Xiaoran was so beautiful. I think her acting is great, although she's only a TV program host (not a real actress). But the Chinese entertainment is very competitive, she didn't get a new drama offer for 2 years, so she thought of going back to TV host job.

I don't know who many times I've rewatched this drama and crying again and again. The music video makes me cry too. They love each other so much but he just can't let go of power and revenge. She can't forget the betrayal. Only her dying wish made him better. At the end he sets out to search for her in the desert. I like to believe she was waiting for him. 😭😭😭

Shit hurts so much. I can't describe how painful it is to watch them fall in love, lose their memories because they're in pain when they're together, teases and arguements, betrayals and lies, Xiafeng's loved ones died because Li Chengyin used her and his jealousy, in the end it's tragic especially remembering their past. 😭💔

I love this drama. I cried so much basically whenever Xiaofeng cried. She has such a good reason for crying. If the person you love kills your grandfather and cousins on your wedding day for his own benefit, how would you feel? And is also the reason that leads to the death of your parents and imprisonments of your siblings, home and yourself. Ughh Catastrophic couple in ancient times but a cute couple in modern time.

That's why I love the ending... His worst punishment watching her die in front of his eyes... His greed and possession killed her and he had to live his whole life in redemption.... It's good at least we get bonus episode for a happy ending in their next life

Thise drama's cinematography is just top-notch 👑👏. The costumes and the music is magical and the cast are amazing especially the leads. Xiaoran is very good at portraying Xiaofeng's feelings. She's one of the few Chinese actresses that is naturally good at crying scenes (very genuine and raw). Xingxu on the other hand slays complex characters every single time.

I discovered this by accident. One of the vids in my youtube recom list. I told myself I would only watch clips, just to get a grasp of the story...but I ended up watching the whole series (3 days straight) and even their interviews/guestings that I couldnt understand bcoz mostly do not have subs 😂. Gosh this drama hit me HARD!

the drama Scarlet Heart Ryeo drains my tears, but this drama is more. Since the beginning has made me cry because of Xiongfeng's fate. But I was more sad because I couldn't hate Li Cheng Yi, he was so handsome and loved Xiongfeng. Love and Throne, maybe like oil and water that cannot be fused 😭😭

kiki rizkika yes me too, scarlet heart was the one that most drains my tears. But this one is too much, i cant stop crying and can’t hate Li Cheng Yi. He almost died so many times because of her. I really wanted happy ending and more romance between them.

He didn’t allow anyone harm her but he made her heart broken into pieces because of his betrayal . He just wanted to correct his past mistakes but didn’t know the right way to do it nor had the ability . All her beloved ones were long gone . I’m glad that she did forgive him but knew they couldn’t be together anymore . She were gone and he had to pay the highest price- long life with greatest power but without love 😥😥😥😥 if I were him I would rather die !

Love this more any other of their dramas but i support their respective dramas
this is the story that made me realise u dont need a happy ending for a drama to make it a good ending. i really did wish the male lead recover his memories first so that at least he can make xiao feng happy even just for that moment and appreciate her. but no xf was the one who had her memory recover first huhuhu

"东宫", 一剧的男女主角(陈星旭&彭小苒)挑对人選👍。
東宮這部劇真的是我看過這麼多的最虐 最感人的劇 顧劍與小楓的愛 我覺得是依賴的愛 因為顧劍在西州一直陪著小楓 陪她玩 照顧她 疼她 而顧小五跟小楓的愛就是愛情 由互不相識到大家經歷生死 然後相愛 成親 一開始 先是顧劍不願帶小楓一齊私奔 後是幫顧小五利用小楓 是他把小楓推給別人在先 後又扮作自己是顧小五 他一邊說愛她 會一直保護她 其實他一邊又在慢慢的傷害著小楓 但我可以肯定李承鄞比顧小五更愛小楓 小五原本只想利用小楓消滅丹蚩 但後來卻愛上他 明知這樣 他還要繼續他的計劃 反而李承鄞 在深宮之中 一直用方法 保護著小楓 因為如果他重視小楓 小楓就會成為他的要害 處境更危險 但小楓在草原長大 完全不會明哥這些繞彎彎 也沒有告訴小楓 其實李承鄞這樣做 並不是討厭她 不喜歡她 而是在保護著她 有時候在想如果李承鄞的大哥沒被人殺了 小楓的結果又會是如何 或者李承鄞不知道自己的母親是怎麼死的話 結果又是怎樣 生於帝皇家 也許走每一步都身不由己 這就是人生的殘酷 世界很簡單 人類很複雜

好像大家都說太子是渣男，但他自始至終敢愛敢很，他只是有帝王的為難，而顧劍根本罪魁禍首和始作俑者，可以愛時不敢愛，不能愛卻又硬要愛， 小楓忘了一切，原本可以快樂過日子，說不希望小楓痛苦，但他卻又偏要小楓記起一切，還和阿渡一直慫恿逃回西州，還假冒顧小五，根本私心想佔有小楓 和親的公主跑了，根本就會引起兩國交戰，但顧劍和阿渡卻一直要小楓回西州 如果顧劍和阿渡放了小楓的過去，小楓或許好過些，或許不用死 顧劍才是最自私的人，看他被萬劍穿心，只覺得活該！

我20年還在看。繼三生三世十里桃花后，另一套我覺得好看的電視劇，雖然這套戲真的真很虐😭😭😭但我看到的是小五還是太子時，都愛小楓。是小五時，用謊言欺騙了小楓，害死了阿翁。但雖然是sad ending ，但結局我很合情理，讓我永遠記得有這套戲。男，女主角都做得好好，將兩個角色演活了。我相信10年後的我，仍會再看🤩
陈星旭在这剧里都帅哭了……

You may want to check out Legend of Fuyao with Yang Mi and Rising of the Phoenixes with Ni Ni. One of the better recent Cdramas is The Story of Minglan starring the veteran actress Zhao Liying.

1st mistake is when her Teacher send her to the bridge to meet "Xiao Wu", 2nd mistake the prince killed her grandfather while in love with her, that time when she wake up and realized he killed her grandfather her cried touched my heart so deep I cries with her heartbroken. 3rd when she had to witness the slow death of her beloved Teacher. Last, when she get her memories back. It is a TRAGEDY movies, I love it, because of the emotions and story lines, the Prince is not at fault for successfully execute his plan to exterminate his enemies. Its sad, do it, wrong, don't do it also wrong. Sad. Broken. Pieces.

I hope to see her more in historical dramas. She is sooo beautiful and really suit the princess look. I usually fall in love with the male leads. But i really fell in love with the female lead in this drama. She kind of reminds me of Padme Amidala, anakin’s wife from star wars, who also had a tragic ending. I was depressed for 2 weeks when she died. Never thought i’d feel this way again.

I watched this drama because the actress Peng Xiaoran was so beautiful. I think her acting is great, although she's only a TV program host (not a real actress). But the Chinese entertainment is very competitive, she didn't get a new drama offer for 2 years, so she thought of going back to TV host job.

It's hard to say which is the Best Drama of 2019. Is it The Untamed, Goodbye My Princess, or Arsenal Military Academy?
I don't know who many times I've rewatched this drama and crying again and again. The music video makes me cry too. They love each other so much but he just can't let go of power and revenge. She can't forget the betrayal. Only her dying wish made him better. At the end he sets out to search for her in the desert. I like to believe she was waiting for him. 😭😭😭

@@daye13Or it could have been his imagination hoping it was her….remember towards the end, in his old crazed state, he thought she was still alive but just hiding from him…that was the saddest part. Or maybe her spirit was waiting for him to return and find her. We can only hope..🥲

ตามดูตลอด เป็นอะไรที่ประทับใจที่สุด ไม่เคยตามดูซีรีย์เลย แต่เรื่องนี้ทำให้ต้องดูหลายๆครั้ง นางเอก สวยน่ารักและเศร้าที่สุดตอนจบ พระเอกหล่อมากเท่ห์มาก ดูอย่างไรก็ไม่เกลียด น่ารักมากด้วย เหงาเลยค่ะตอนจบ เศร้าหลายวัน😭😭❤️❤️

I can't describe how painful it is to watch them fall in love, lose their memories because they're in pain when they're together, teases and arguements, betrayals and lies, Xiafeng's loved ones died because Li Chengyin used her and his jealousy, in the end it's tragic especially remembering their past. 😭💔

this is the first sad ending drama that I love so much, I can truly feel the emotions from every characters and this drama made me cried so much :(
原本沒必要走到要娶小楓的那一步，但他是真的喜歡她 這部劇太虐了這麼多太虐了 沒有甜過😭

I cried at the end, but I totally understood why it had to be that way. She tried not to love him(with his evil self!) but she couldn't get over loving him.

19年在kindle上看到推荐买了小说电子版，当时没发现是因为改编剧版要出了，但是正好在清明节晚上熬夜一口气看完小说。从上元节遥遥望见城楼上的太子与良娣时就哭得泪眼模糊，后半段更是虐得胸闷腹痛。五年后终于刷完了剧版，补了许多小枫视角之外的故事，些许人物较之原著也有些改动，看完感觉更好理解这个故事了。已经知道整个故事的走向，还是虐得那么难受…一整个五一假期都没走出来…

I love this drama. I cried so much basically whenever Xiaofeng cried. She has such a good reason for crying. If the person you love kills your grandfather and cousins on your wedding day for his own benefit, how would you feel? And is also the reason that leads to the death of your parents and imprisonments of your siblings, home and yourself. Ughh Catastrophic couple in ancient times but a cute couple in modern time.

That's why I love the ending... His worst punishment watching her die in front of his eyes... His greed and possession killed her and he had to live his whole life in redemption.... It's good at least we get bonus episode for a happy ending in their next life

Thise drama's cinematography is just top-notch 👑👏. The costumes and the music is magical and the cast are amazing especially the leads. Xiaoran is very good at portraying Xiaofeng's feelings. She's one of the few Chinese actresses that is naturally good at crying scenes (very genuine and raw). Xingxu on the other hand slays complex characters every single time.

I discovered this by accident. One of the vids in my youtube recom list. I told myself I would only watch clips, just to get a grasp of the story...but I ended up watching the whole series (3 days straight) and even their interviews/guestings that I couldnt understand bcoz mostly do not have subs 😂. Gosh this drama hit me HARD!

the drama Scarlet Heart Ryeo drains my tears, but this drama is more. Since the beginning has made me cry because of Xiongfeng's fate. But I was more sad because I couldn't hate Li Cheng Yi, he was so handsome and loved Xiongfeng. Love and Throne, maybe like oil and water that cannot be fused 😭😭

kiki rizkika yes me too, scarlet heart was the one that most drains my tears. But this one is too much, i cant stop crying and can’t hate Li Cheng Yi. He almost died so many times because of her. I really wanted happy ending and more romance between them.

He didn’t allow anyone harm her but he made her heart broken into pieces because of his betrayal . He just wanted to correct his past mistakes but didn’t know the right way to do it nor had the ability . All her beloved ones were long gone . I’m glad that she did forgive him but knew they couldn’t be together anymore . She were gone and he had to pay the highest price- long life with greatest power but without love 😥😥😥😥 if I were him I would rather die !
