    我在02年尾放咗兩個支架,這個教訓讓我重注意飲食,我的LDL成功控制到1.8, 三酸甘油亦控制1.5......所以 多菜小澱粉丶適量肉類,多食橄欖油....所以殿粉和醣才是現代人的萬惡之源.....😅

    organic foods are nutritionally similar to conventional foods, and not necessarily safer. But no chemical pesticides and fertilzers are used in the farming process of organic foods. It's a personal choice

    因為我膽固醇窄界,我想睇吓有乜嘢辦法可以降低膽固醇,我有血壓高,血糖正常,我每朝早食一個細嘅牛油果夾麵包,麵包係自己用酸種整嘅,我食緊三種糙米,紅米黑米糙米加少量白米,只係午餐食晚餐唔食飯淨係食餸,我嘅胃係食唔到麥皮係會胃氣正,所以我想請教我係點樣食先至可以講到膽固醇,朝頭早早餐有一杯Earl Grey紅茶

    因為我不想吃藥、但又不能吃燕麥、這一年來、但我每朝食半個牛油果做早餐、每日吃9粒亞麻籽油(27g)、一星期3次蒸洋蔥和蒜頭、每天步行7000步、胆固醇從7.08跌到5.8 我三酸甘油脂也從不及格變及格、我想再跌至正常、還有甚麼方法呢? 謝謝妳

    you are pretty open about cholesterol amount, which is good, but you do not distinct about LDL particle size

    Particle number is more important than particle size, that’s what ApoB measures. just don’t want complicate matter too much for general audience

    Butter is always used in baking. Do you think butter will contribute to high bad cholesterol? Want to use margarine but all of them has palm oil. Is it even worse?

    You can look for margarine that is made from olive oil. Another factor is how much butter is used. Or you can use coconut oil (if you like the flavour), which is slightly better than butter

    我去年中了螺旋困之后,肌肉流逝。膽固醇6.1. 请问吃瘦肉可以增肌吗?又怕吃太多。一日一粒水煮蛋可以吗?吃鸡胸肉可以吗?

    LDL是可以計算,也可以是化驗出來的。視乎化驗所的做法
