Ingredients for this recipe :
सूजी का हल्वा
चीनी - १/२ कप (१०० ग्राम)
सूजी (रवा) - १/२ कप (८० ग्राम)
देशी घी - १/२ कप (२०० ग्राम)
काजू - ५ से ७
बादाम (कटी हुई) - ७ से ८
पिस्ता (कटे हुए) - १५ से २०
किशमिश - १ चम्मच
इलाइची - ५, कूटी हुई
केसर - १ चुटकी (दूध में भीगी हुई)

Semolina Halwa
Sugar - ½ cup (100 gm)
Semolina - ½ cup (80 gm)
Desi Ghee - ½ cup (200 gm)
Cashewnut - 5 to 7
Aomonds (chopped) - 7 to 8
Pistachios (chopped) - 15 to 20
Raisins - 1 table spoon
Cardamom - 5, powdered
Saffron - 1 pinch (soaked in Milk)
