I picked up my Dmax in Oct 2020 so she has absolutely proven herself. First mod was front bar w/ winch, rear bar, underbody protection. Then tail gat lift, AT tyres, HD suspension to help with the towing. Throttle controller was a revelation as where the LED reverse lights, licence plate lights (helps with connecting van at night) and front light bar. Tub rack and roof rack gives massive versatility and most recent was the DP Chip perfect touring beast.

My Dmax is coming in August can't wait I've already got a list of mod's mostly off this channel!!! from suspension upgrade, central locking, tailgate struts and window/mirror upgrades to name a few

Installing a temp gauge o n no masseur ferrheerson tractor

Just picked my dmax x terrain up today, drove straight from dealership to get fitted Falken Wildpeak AT3W tyres to the stock wheels and then installed maxliner floor mats and a wash and detail to finish off

I’ve had my dmax for about 8months now and tyres were a must have as the first mod then after watching your install of the gme XRS330, I had to cop it for myself as it was such a neat install. I anytime reverse camera is next of the bucketlist hopefully and then possibly throttle controller!

Ordered my dmax a couple months ago just waiting for it to arrive (supposed to be august but not holding too many hopes on that), got plenty of mods I want to do (thanks to this channel) but this is a MUST for me, I want to put a spare camera on my jetski trailer for when I'm towing. Thanks mate 👍

Hi Expecting to get our new DMAX tomorrow but it is held up at the Port of Melbourne, first thing we hope to do is put on an front and rear camera as the dealer is adding the bullbar, long range fuel tank and snorkel along with great looking tyres. We've got our gorgeous driving lights sitting in the box ready to go along with a jerry can and tool kit. Just discovered your channel.. Best thing ever THANKYOU!!!!!!!

Owned my D-max since Feb and first mod I did was the dual battery system the same way you did yours in the tub with the toolbox, I've found it very convenient and such a good idea to keep it all together also if I change my tub to a tray all my electrical components are very easy to move and install into the new tray. Thank you for all the vidz you've given me the confidence I needed to make my D-max into my own pride and joy that I've proudly built.

Picked up my Dmax about a month and a half ago and absolutely love it! First mod was a catch can (made easy from your instructional video). I’ve put a chassis mounted canopy on the back so this anytime camera check up would be awesome to see out of the back now that the rear view camera is useless!

Caravan turns up on Wednesday. Reverse camera install this weekend. Just pulled the screen off, would not have been able to do it without your video. Thanks heaps.

Hey Adam, just subscribed to you channel the other day. Our new ‘22 X Terrain is currently awaiting a GVM upgrade and we’ll have it in a few short weeks can’t wait. We are also getting our caravan built and are expecting that to arrive within a few months. We will be living full time in caravan and selling coffee from our custom built deck off the end of the van. The brand is Royal Flair and the van series is a Piazza (that’s the deck series) Your videos are so informative for a person like me who is learning from scratch. Dmax finally arrived 3 weeks ago. Day 1 mod was new rims, Day 2 was tinting of all lights. Day 3 was dual battery

I have had my DMAX since August 2021. Haven’t done many mods to it just been small things so far. Been looking into getting a bull bar and a custom made H rack for work purposes. Love your videos they have been very helpful for choosing the next best thing to do to my car keep up the great work. 👍

The first mod we made after picking up our new ute was the Trac window and mirror module which we bought after watching your install Adam. Your instructions were super clear and easy to follow to the point I delegated responsibility to my 14 year old! We would be very keen to install the Trac camera module next, and I think the hardest part will be deciding on location - front or rear. Thanks again for your vids and thanks to Trac for another great product.

I have a twin-under-the-skin BT50 and have heaps done to it already, but I am keen to add the window module to fold in the mirrors and then probably an air compressor and front diff lock. Another great video!

That was a sick mod, my dmax is coming in July and can't wait to the mods started.

My first mod was a lift kit. Was in Covid lockdown, got a new DMax delivered contact free, hadn't even driven it and was already changing out the suspension. First mod coming (this weekend) will be drawers in the tray. Then a diff drop, then... Everything else. Lol!

I used to have this function in an older patrol that I had bodged myself, Worked well Had entertained the idea on the new car but wanted something more factory. Stuck the idea in the bottom draw until seeing your video. Would love this to be the next mod. Subscribed! thanks

Great video as always mate, first modification had to be wheels and tyres, Elite off-road Podium wheels and maxis razr tyres. Next modification will be arb base rack hopefully soon. 👍

got my truck... loooove my truck... first mode was the the tailgate central locking and struts - your videos make my life easy when doing instals. UHF instal came next with the addition of and anderson plug at the rear. So need this camera to watch my horses whilst towing them..

Just what I've been looking for... brilliant. Updating my 'max with a newy later in the year (last quarter arrival). This will give me the perfect touring solution for towing a caravan PLUS having a solid canopy on the ute. Being able to flick the standard reversing camera on while driving will give me my rear view mirror (around the canopy) And being able to then switch over to the caravan rear view will do the same when towing... Thankyou...

Definitely would love to win that as I have a couple of blindspots in my D-Max

I'll be definitely be getting this trac module. Thanks for all your helpful videos, even though i am handy its just good to get a bit of confidence from watching your videos. So far I've done the auto mirror mod, rear central locking, tailgate assist, back and front traffic cameras, 7pin trailer connector, brake controller, catch can and pre fuel filter. Hey Adam awesome videos. Reverse camera mid is exactly what I have been looking for to use the big screen for camera on back if caravan. Those tailgate mods are probably my favourite and a must have. Front bar also adds to the appearance and stance. Great job your doing, well done

ETA Mid-April due to the floods in Brisbane, they couldn't dock so car is in NSW waiting transport. First mod will be installing Grenade Throttle Controller, then custom bash plates, Tail Gate assist and Provent 200. Future install will be the OffRoad Animal Toro Bar. Great video as always Adam 🤙

Yet another great how to video; I know you said the competition was open to D-Max owners but an MU-X is really a wagon version of a D-Max so I hope you'll let me enter. I've only had the MU-X for 2 weeks and my first mod will be the Trac Electronics Mirror Module, you showed in an earlier video, which I ordered back when I watched the video ready for when MU-X arrived.

Another great video Adam. Glad I’m not the only one that cracks it with the info start up screen. I’ve fitted the gas struts to the tailgate. My next addition will be the central locking unit for the tailgate. As I’ve said before, constantly removing one key from the proximity remote and the second key to lock the roller shutter is so frustrating.

My Dmax hopefully turning up in July for my 40th will probably install catch can and pre fuel filter. Keep the vids coming.

I just bought the MUX, getting some wheels this week, just got the throttle controller, bar work is next!!! Love the vids as always!!

Just got told today D-Max arriving 31st March after waiting 8 long months! First Mod gotta be catch can. Followed soon after with every other Mod shown on your channel. Have had my mercury silver XT since Nov 2020, absolutely love it, and it hasn’t had a single issue. Very first mod I did was install a catch can and pre fuel filter.

Hi Adam, great video, i find it very informative what you do. Takes a lot of the guess work. Out of doing mods on the DMAX. I have ordered mine in the same colour as your in June last year. Should be finally here late June/early July. I think the first thing I will be doing to it will be the central locking for the tray and the automatic window module. Just love the convenience of those two. Thanks again for the great contend.

2021 Dmax received in April, first mod done was installing the TRAC Electronics auto window and mirror folding module. Works great, saves the hassle of pressing close window switch all the time, and the auto folding mirror feature ensures I can double check the car is locked visually as I'm walking away!

What a great video, actually the whole series is so informative. Have paid a deposit on my new D-MAX X and its due to arrive in Late July. Very excited to install some of these great upgrades! One of the first ones will be the bullbar, then the tail gate struts and central locking, followed by the dual dash cam.

Got my Dmax late last year first mod was suspension. Recently put a Allie canopy on it which make my rear view mirror useless. This is my solution

Mate, I’ve been smashing through your videos all day. Great content and vey well presented. I’ve had my Dmax for just over a year and all I’ve done is put on an RSI canopy. After trawling through your channel, I plan on getting pretty much every module from Trac Electronics! Even a mug like me can install them 😂😂

@@VideoShowMeHow It looks the goods on the car, and is very solid. It’s got the best access from all the canopies I’ve seen with those massive doors. I’ve got the under roof mounted table and that works a treat. I was worried about it rattling but it’s a solid and snug fit. The only downside I’ve encountered with it is the inability to get it with central locking. I’ll need to do a bit more research to see if I can find something to retrofit, although with 6 locks it won’t be cheap.

Will give this a go after picking up new caravan in July. So excited 🤓

Hi, firstly thank you for all your efforts on the great info/install videos!! I’m expecting my DMAX XT around June and the first mod I have ready to go is the Auto window & Mirror module from TRAC Electronics. But if I’m lucky, I’ll have 2 mods from TRAC Electronics to fit up.

Another great video. Have had my DMAX since April 2021 with the first mod being the Tailgate Lock followed by the Catch Can.

Another gr8 show me how video, well done. First mod was LED interior and reverse globes, then TRAC auto mirror window controller.

Got my Dmax just after you. I’ll be installing a Predator front bar, winch and set of Supanovas pretty soon 🤞🏼

Thanks Adam another great video.Been waiting for this one. The caravan is finally in the build stage, and I’m going to need to do this for the van reverse camera. That looks simpler and better than the Polaris unit I was planning to get.

On order. Only 6 months waiting so far. Still a while to go. Can’t wait. My first mod is the roofrack. Already ordered. And waiting for call to pick it up. Have got a long list though. Spotties waiting on the garage. UHF on the way. And list goes on. Love the vids. Keep them coming.

I've got my DMAX on order and the first mod will be an Ali Ute Master canopy so would be fantastic to have a camera in there checking the load on trips. Awesome idea.

Haven’t got the DMAX yet but this camera system would be awesome for the caravan. Loving this channel, its given me so much more confidence to give it a go when mine comes in.

Custom tub rack is my next mod. Will be showing it off to the Facebook group. Hopefully only a week away.

Got my Dmax last August. Love it. First mod was a lift kit by PSR. Been watching your videos for help installing some of my other mods and getting inspiration for future mods too. Keep up the good work.😄

My first mod was installing Kings spotties to my new Mux bullbar.

Got mine 4 weeks ago, first thing I did was changing the tires to Falco Wild-peak A/Ts.

Hi mate, great channel very informative and can't wait to get my D'max be waiting awhile and was supposed to get Mine this month, but just been told maybe June or July 😟. The first thing I want to do is tail gate and bonnet struts, then pretty much everything you have done. Awesome rig, and thanks for all your information.

My XTerrain is 9 months old, next mod is the tailgate struts followed by central locking kit. I got my mechanic to loosen the torx bolts for me to make the install easy.

Thanks for another awesome video. My next mod will either be a snorkel or 2" lift.

Got my 2022 X-Terrain hopefully arriving mid year (ordered June 2021). Already got TJM bullbar, rear bar, side steps, side rails and snorkel getting fitted as soon as the Dmax arrives. Rhino rack platform with backbone, black duck seat covers at home ready to go including CSA rims, Maxxis RAZR AT tyres, and PSA suspension kit. Couple little mods I’ve been inspired to buy thanks to you such as the reversing LED lights upgrade and tailgate assist. Excited and well and truely an understatement!

Don't have a D-max but I do have a new gen Mux and I have been filling your builds closely as most of what you are doing is interchangeable with the new Mux, just like this 2nd camera mod which I'm keen to try on my new poptop camper 😄 keep up the good work 👏 👍

Pulled the trigger on a new MUX. Pumped for this to see out the back whilst driving/towing

Got my DMax in July 21. Next mod throttle controller.

Picked up my cobalt blue X-Terrain in April 21 (best colour). First mod was to install the iDrive... The laaaaagggg killed me and now, peace of mind. This mod however, would be a tip top edition. Having a front camera would help pick a decent line on those tricky tracks when you don't have a second pair of eyes to help you out. Keep up the great work cobber ✌🏽

Waiting for my XT to break out of quarantine in Sydney then it’s mod time First thing is the Quad Lock phone holder from your other vid, then the trac mirror fold module. All sitting in the mod box. Awesome vids by the way!!

First mod would be an RSI canopy and a lot of mods from this channel. Got my list and it’s growing. Can’t wait to get my dmax

I have my Dmax already and the first mod I installed a fire extinguisher bracket from scrub king and extinguisher, the next mod was the LED service light kit from r&r products and supplies. Was looking at the trac electronic modules for the dmax.

First mod was catch can and pre filter with a few more done aswell but now misso wants a new kitchen so will have to put the last few on hold for a bit😂

Hi Adam the first mod was the brake controller you fitted early on your video's I have a 2021 LSU d max I did the same next mod will be the rear tail gate struts and looks like I'll be doing the twin camera set up its good to see all the mods you can do out there for the d max keep them video's coming cheers buddy

Adam, this was great I never even knew this mod existed. Ive moved from a Triton to the DMax and its amazing. My first mod is the throttle controller and some AT tires, although the price of fuel at the moment I'm tempted to leave the current tires on it for better fuel economy Keep up the great vids
